I am
emailing you to ask if you would be interested in holding a demonstration for rugby at our
Grand Opening event. You can use this event to showcase your programs and promote the
sport. The Grand Opening event is scheduled for Saturday, August 10, and it will run from 9 AM
to Noon. Here is the tentative agenda:

 9 AM: Gates Open

 9:30 AM: Welcome Remarks
 10 AM: Guests explore park
 10 AM-Noon: Demonstrations
 Noon: Event ends

We believe having demonstrations on our fields during the event will bring the Complex to life!
For the demonstrations, the arrival time would be at 9 AM to set up. They could consist of one
or more different options. For example, you could hold a mock game; perform drills, such as
ones for kicking, passing, etc.; or teach skill lessons to those interested. You would have the
freedom to be flexible and creative with what you do for your demonstration. You would need
to provide your own equipment, but water would be provided in the dugouts. As mentioned
above, demonstrations are scheduled to run from 10 AM to Noon. However, the end time is
tentative, depending on the energy of the guests.
