INTRODUCTION:

architecture of the hybrid building project

The hybrid is located on Fernando
Belaunde Avenue has eight floors
plus one basement floor which
serves as a parking lot. The hybrid
building has 3 hall of stairs plus
elevators which take you to the
different floors each floor has a
bathroom package for men, women
and disabled on the first floor we have a
receptive place that takes you to the land
terminal, minimarket, sales modules,
anchor store on floor two we have the fast
food patio, the administrative area of
the terminal, second level of anchor
store on the third floor we have three
forks restaurant plus terrace, bar on
the fourth floor we have a restaurant
plus terrace on the fifth floor we
have an auditorium plus terrace on
the sixth floor we have offices on the
seventh and eighth floor we have the
department area, its materiality,
reinforced concrete structure with a
collaborating slab, curtain walls with
8 millimeter glass, composed of a
carbon fiber skin.

CONCLUSIONS:
The following project aims to group
several s functions in the same building
