I completed my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree on 1989 and was hired as a
Computer Programmer at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation.

I have more than 15 years of experience teaching programming and math subjects among college
students of different levels in various colleges including NCBA, AMA, STI and Tomas Claudio Colleges.
Currently I am working as a teacher in Teresa National High School-SHS under the Department of
Education. Given this experience, I can confidently say that I understand how the system works in the
state schools and I can do the duties and the responsibilities of a public school teacher.
