Constitution is a set of principles or established
precedents (an earlier event or action that is
regarded as an example or guide to be considered
in subsequent similar circumstances.)
Precedent- something done or said that may serve
as an example or rule to authorize or justify
Subsequent- coming after something in time;
following
Commonwealth constitution (1935)
Commonwealth- an independent country or
community, especially a democratic republic.

President is the chief executive and commander in chief
of armed forces of the Philippines. Have the right to
appoint his cabinet members
Judicial- supreme court, justice
Legislative- Congress, senate -Make, Alter, and Repeal
Laws
Senate is composed of 24 senators elected by voters,
their term is 6 years
The president and the vice president will be elected by
the Filipino people.
Legislative power was given to the congress of the
Philippines
House of representatives, Lawmakers were only given a
term for three years. Not more than 250
Judicial power will be vested on the Supreme Court and
other lower courts.
