WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

We, the company GisulSoft Enterprise, undertake to comply with the terms agreed with our customer
for the design of a web page.
TERMS.

I.
Where the customer agrees to:
-The price to pay per hour is $ 50,000 COP.
-Suggest a change in advance and in writing.
-Once the project has been finished, no new changes are accepted.
-Pay the total cost of the project once finished.
- The client must respect the copyright.

II.
GisulSoft Enterprise commits to:
-To deliver a quality product to the customer.
- Comply with the times specified in this contract.
-Do not compromise personal information of the client and ensure its security.

III.
Website to develop:
-The website will be designed with the Bosstrap framework.
-Apply Web design models to the development of the project.
-Integration of social networks

IV.
The finished project will be delivered within 2 months, the web page for revisions is delivered, once
these are completed the client has a period of one week to decide if this project is terminated without
any changes or wishes to be carried out Some adjustments to the project, if necessary, will be notified
that this will take another month which the company cancels 50% of that month and the other 50%
the customer.

V.
If the customer fails to pay 50% of the cost of the project as a fine and the project is terminated.
The total cost of the project is $ 2,300,000 COP. The client must pay 10% of the anticipated project
cost and the remaining percentage after the project is finished.
Both parties agree not to disclose the confidential information manipulated in this project.
