Warm greetings. I would like to ask permission from your good office
to let me go on leave from October 11-30, 2019 because I will visit Europe
together with my husband in a Marian Pilgrimage. I will use my vacation and
force leave credits during this period.

I further signify that my travel is personal and all expenses incurred

during my travel will be from my own accounts. I also assure the office that
I will resume my work after the said travel period.
