Good afternoon teacher and classmates, today i Will present my Project on how to prepare the

Lomo Saltado.

To make the Lomo Saltado, you must first have meat, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, yellow chili,
coriander, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, salt and pepper.

Has five Steps.

First step: Cut the meat into medium strips. Then season with salt and pepper. Let stand a few
minutes to absorb the ingredients.

Second step: Cut the potatoes into strips and fry them in hot oil. Cut the onion and tomato into
long strips.

Third step: Heat the oil in the pan for a few minutes over high heat, then add the meat and let it
cook for a few minutes. Once cooked, add the onion and tomato. Constantly move the ingredients.

Fourth step: Add a little vinegar to the content where you will see a characteristic flaming of the
preparation of this dish. Then add the soy sauce, yellow chili strips and chopped cilantro.

Fifth step: Separate the pan from the heat and serve with rice.
