APPLICATION FOR RELEASE ON RECOGNIZANCE

Accused, KARL PROBINSYANO, through undersigned

counsel, hereby applies for release on recognizance pursuant to
section 7, Presidential Decree No. 968, as amended, and declares:

1. That he filed an application for probation;

2. That he is presently detained at Bureau of Jail Management and

Penelogy;

3. That MARS KUBRICK and JACK LEE, members of Barangay

Council, of Bo. Masagana, Bacolod City are willing to accept the
custody of the undersigned accused and guarantee his
appearance whenever told to do so by the Court or the Probation
Administration; hereto attached are the Affidavits of
Undertaking of the said Barangay Officials marked respectively
as Annexes “A” and “B”;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, accused most

respectfully prays that he be allowed temporary liberty while his
application for probation is being processed.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
