With immense pleasure I would like to bear the testimony to the ability and character of Helmi
Caesar, and state that he is our former contract enumerator for Sharks and Rays program
(October 2016 – February 2017) in Muncar Fishing Port, Banyuwangi.

I have known him since 2016. During the program, I have found he is as a dedicated, humble,
responsible person. Also he possesses the skills of initiation, leadership, the potential and the
ability as well as the dedication which is required to make any work successful. In my opinion,
he is a hard worker with an energetic personality and enthusiasm to contribute well to the
demands of his work.
