Implication of globalization
The objective of globalization is to benefit the economy of a nation around the globe
by handling inequality (from large to small and power distance), dealing with unknown (from
strong to weak, uncertainty avoidance), dependence on others (from individualism to
collectivism), emotional gender roles (from masculinity to femininity), time perspective (from
long to short term orientation), dealing with natural drives (from indulgence to restraint).
Culture of organization in a country like India differs in many values and different to manage
sometimes as belong to anthropology. For this organization learned and belong to sociology in
India to grow their business (Hofstede, 2011).

Globalization has changed the cultural, environmental, economic, and political
elements of the developing nations like India.

Globalization has made easy for an organization to focus on goals. Business is capable
to yield advantage of opportunities in cities of India and improve the outlook of the economy
at a global level by informing others.

Globalization has made the situations conceivable and effective with other business
across the planet and supports widespread access to business tools for employees. Globalization
has built the process of businesses and increased interlink to communicate people (Geert,
Hofstede, & Minkov, 2010).

There are many ways to advice co-workers, a classmate in a professional environment.
There are many ways to support people with access to necessary information within the
organization. Trait theory of personality support to find out exact personality traits. It is
necessary to know the personality factors that helps to focus on new challenges and resists new
ideas. By involving interaction with situational variables and offer responses to consists and
underlying with traits of personality. By presenting openness to experience will support to learn
