    Dear Mam Lorna M. Miña,

    Good Day Mam, I would like to ask a permission from you if I can transfer from another course.
    My current course is Bachelor in Culture and Arts Education (BCAED) to be transferred to
    Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED).

    The reason that I am requesting this change is that I find it difficult for me. It is true that I have
    some abilities with this course. However, now that I am pursuing this course, I discovered that
    the required skills is not suited for me.
