The Golden Key Events is an event company that was established on April 2018

at Tanauan City, Batangas.

The services that we are offering are leisure events like sports tournament,

amateur contest, dance contest; conventional events like seminars and team

buildings, graduation ceremonies and personal events like birthday parties, wedding

celebrations, christening and anniversaries.

The Golden Key Events is recognized for providing an event with memorable

experiences through creative event planning and management and known for its

manpower that works harmoniously. This company is aiming to make your dreams

come true and provide an extraordinary event that more than you expected.

The above figure is The Golden Key Events organizational chart, The Event

Manager manages the company, under the event manager are the Operations

Manager, which takes charge of the entire event operation, Sales & Marketing

Manager takes charge of promotions and sales of Connections company,

Accounting and Finance takes charge of all financial transactions of the company

under the direct supervision of the event manager, and Secretary takes charge of

maintaining the record of the organization.

Event Description

The TESDA is well known government agency in the whole country because

of the different scholarship course they are offering to the whole nation. In

accordance, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority will be having its

Mass Graduation on April 20, 2018. The program will be held at Gymnasium 1,

Tanauan City, Batangas. And to have a successful event, there must be rules and

regulations to be implemented in order to have solemnity and peaceful event.

The Graduation will be participated by different TVET Schools that offer

different courses like Events Management Services NCIII, Contact Center Services

NCII, Bartending NCII, Food and Beverage NCIII, and Computer System Servicing

NCII. These TESDA courses are free through their scholarship program TWSP. In

line with this, the theme of the event will be “TVET: Looking forward for a Brighter

Future”.

The aim of the said program is to recognize their acquired skills in the training

program and services offered by TESDA. In addition, it is to celebrate their hard work

in making themselves productive and effective individual in the near future and to

promote and strengthen the quality of technical education and skills development

programs to attain international competitiveness.

Objectives of the Program

1. To celebrate students who have successfully met the academic and


extracurricular requirements and skills for graduation;
2. To provide rules and regulations in order to have an organized program;
and
3. To inculcate the value of middle-level manpower among TESDA students.

Action Plan

To be able to celebrate students who have successfully met the academic


and extracurricular requirements and skills for graduation, they will recognize the
students with their names alphabetically and properly. Students with exemplary skills
will be given medal and certificate of recognition. It is an appreciation to all students
who showcased their skills during their trainings.

To provide rules and regulations, audience should follow it in order to have an


organized program for the students. These rules will allow the audience to be
disciplined and well-mannered during the program.

To inculcate the value of middle-level manpower among students of TESDA,


the graduation ceremony will have its resource speaker to talk about some middle-
level manpower. The learnings that they will get will serve as an additional
knowledge and skills to them. The speaker should be knowledgeable about technical
education.
