I am writing to you this letter in connection with the Meralco lines which surrounds a tree in
our address at __________________________________.

To enlighten you, we are planning to build a house in the above-stated address. Since there is
a fallen tree which interfere with power lines, have dead branches and trunks that pose a
danger to the people living nearby, we would like to request your office to please examine the
state of our concern and see if cutting the tree is possible.
