SPECIFICATIONS

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The work and Materials covered by this Specifications shall include all that are specified
herein.
2. In case of conflict between plans and specifications, consultation to the undersigned
shall be made.

II. ELEVATION, LOCATION, FOUNDATION, GRADE FILLING.


1. Building floor level shall be level higher than the existing center line excavation of the
road
2. Excavation for column footing and wall reach shall reach to a firm-strata to conform the
safe bearing capacity of soil.

III. WOODWORKS AND CARPENTRY


1. Lumber shall be dry and well-seasoned and free from knots and defects that may impair
it desired strength.
2. All lumber that comes in-contact with the concrete shall be treated with coal tar.

IV. PAINTING
1. Dutch boy or Boysen paints shall be used for interior and exterior finishes.
2. All surfaces shall be thoroughly clean and smooth prior to application of paint.
3. All cracks shall be applied with putty sanded.

V. ELECTRICAL INSATALLATION
1. All wires shall be used are twisted wire.
2. All wires embedded in concrete shall be provided with PVC Pipe.
3. No wires smaller than No. 14 AWG shall be used.
