MY OPINION IN JANET NAPOLES ENTIRE CASE DICISION

Janet Lim Napoles should be a state witness under the Witness Protection
Program because she is the least guilty and this side is just seeking justice.

I agree with you but I think Napoles was scared at that time coz PNoy was
the President and control of the government. She feared for her life that was
the reason of not telling all in that senate investigations. Now that Digong is
the President and DOJ is under Aguirre which she can be protected for her
life and family then she will spill the Beans who were those politicians
conspired with her to corrupt the PDAF.
Those politicians has no more shield to protect them and their wealth are
going to be sequestered by the government and jail terms await on them.
At that time Napoles said " I used my rights on self implications"

If it can be admitted by politicians that Janet Napoles is guilty and did benefit,
then it's safe to say that she could not have acted alone without the help of
politicians to do so. There is no doubt Napoles is guilty, and if there is
existence of hard evidence linking her colluding with politicians to steal
money, then no doubt she is guilty along with the politicians aiding her.
 MY OPINION IN BONG REVILLA ENTIRE CASE
DICISION

For me I agree of what is the decision of the court because there

ere many evidence that Bong Revilla is accused or guilty. We cannot be that
confident though we maintain and believe in the innocence of the former
Senator. We cannot talk of contingency plans as of yet but legal remedies
are available Here's a rundown of events pertaining to Revilla's involvement
in the multi-billion peso pork barrel scam that shook the nation. It all began
more than 5 years ago in 2013.

The National Bureau of Investigation files plunder cases against Revilla and
the two other senators in connection with the pork barrel scam.

Senator Bong Revilla was cleared of plunder charges due to the

prosecution's "failure" to prove that he received millions in kickbacks from
alleged ghost projects that were funded using his "pork barrel."

Our government should do something to stop those corrupt people specially

Those people who have a power or those who work in our government.
