Beginning Piano
With
Mr. Gates!

Course Description
Beginning Piano is designed for students to learn how to read music, develop healthy
playing technique, and then apply those skills to performing songs that may vary in genre,
difficulty, and cultural background. Students in Beginning Piano will also use their skills and
apply them to various popular and digital music making assignments and projects that may
span from playing a favorite song, to coding your own piano, to writing your own song!
