KETO BREAD, BISCUIT, PANCAKE RECEPIE

Use organic non-gmo ingredients!

Chia and flax “eggs”

¼ Cup chia seed

½ Cup flax meal

1 ¼ Cups water

Mix chia, flax and water in separate bowl and let sit.

Dry ingredients mix.

1 ¼ Cups almond flour

½ Cup Coconut flour

½ tsp salt

3 ½ tsp baking powder (no aluminum sulfate)

Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl (with fork) thoroughly.

Oils mix

½ to ¾ Cup total of Coconut oil, Butter from grass fed cows, ghee.

Slightly heat to melt.

Mix Dry ingredients with Oils, once thoroughly mixed add and thoroughly mix in Chia/Flax egg.

Place in baking pan/pie plate, muffin tins, etc. Place in preheated oven 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Look for browning to begin to take place.
