Limitations:

Due to the restricted time frame, we were not able to work upon the dependability of bonds,
inflation etc. upon the interest rate and stock price. These could be the interesting topics for
future researchers and many attractive additions can be made to the financial world.

Conclusion:

This research paper discusses two very important factors of financial market. One is the stock
price and the other one is interest rate. We have studied the relationship of interest rate over
the stock price and found out that as the interest rate increases the stock price decreases, as
they can but the interest of investors in the stock market rises so the purchase of stock
enhances. On the other hand, when the interest rate decreases the brokers tend to sell as much
as stocks they can but interest of investors in stock market vanishes.
