1. Pulmonary Fibrosis

It is a condition which harms the tissue in the lungs that causes scarred and make lungs thick
and stiff that makes you hard for you to breath and your blood may not be or get enough oxygen,
shortness of breath, dry coughing, chest discomfort and loss of appetite and there are some factors that
causes in pulmonary fibrosis it can be the age more on elderly, sex more on men than women, smoking,
genetic factors and viruses.

2. Cystic Fibrosis

In this condition, since pulmonary fibrosis the lung is only affected in cystic fibrosis it affects the
lungs, pancreas, liver, intestines, sinuses, and sex organs. It is an inherited disease of your secretory
glands, including the glands that make mucus and sweat. Since it is inherited it is passed through the
genes from parents to children. Since it has thick and sticky mucous it can also blocks some tubes, or
ducts, in your pancreas. As a result, the digestive enzymes that your pancreas makes can't reach your
small intestine and it cause bulky stool, constipation and discomfort.

3. Myasthenia Gravis

In this condition neuromuscular is affected, it is a disease in which the body is experiencing


weakness of the involuntary skeletal muscle of the body. It caused by a defect in the transmission of
nerve impulses to muscles. Some sign and symptoms are weakness of the eye muscles, difficulty in
swallowing and slurred speech.

4. Cerebral trauma

In this condition wherein there is a trauma in the head it can be caused by motor vehicle
accidents, falls, assaults, sports-related injuries, and penetrating trauma. Based on what I read is that a
person with severe head injury or having cerebral trauma they will be permanently disabled and will not
return to their normal level of functioning.

5. Guillian-Barre Syndrome

In this condition peripheral nervous system is affected, it is also known as polyradiculoneuritis,


wherein there is inflammation in the polynueropathy of the peripheral sensory, motor and nerve roots.
Some sign and symptoms are symmetrical weakness which usually affects the lower limbs first, and
rapidly progresses in an ascending fashion, weakness in their legs, dysesthesias and many more. It’s
exact cause is unknown, Guillain-Barré Syndrome is believed to be an autoimmune disorder that may be
triggered by viral infection, Campylobacter diarrheal illness, immunization, or other precipitating event.
6. Pickwickian Syndrome

It is also known as Obesity hypoventilation syndrome, in this medical condition where in there is
severely overweight people that causes failed to breath rapidly or deeply enough resulting in low oxygen
levels and high carbon dioxide levels. Since there is short of breath during nights which lead into
sleepiness during the day. Some sign and symptoms are concurrent obstructive sleep apnea, episodes of
apnea, snoring and many more.
