The undersigned is writing to sincerely apologize for unable to attend

the National Movement of Young Leaders (NMYL) Simultaneous Regional and
Provincial Assembly, Reorganizations and Elections to be held on August 22-
24, 2019 in Metro Manila due to the increasing number of Dengue cases in
Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga.
As of this moment, 40 Dengue cases has been recorded which caused
alarm and anxiety in the community. Being the Punong Barangay of Barangay
Cabalantian, the undersigned is mandated to spearhead necessary actions and
interventions to address this prevailing issue.
