Property Release for Photographic Use

hereby acknowledge; I, ____________________ ______________________(print name
here), residing at ________________________________________________________, do, hereby
authorize _____________________________________________________________________(the
Photographer), the right to copyright, publish, and use in any form, black and white, color, or any medium
in all manners for publishing, advertising, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose, images of the following
property: ___________________________________________________________________________
which I own and have full and sole authority to license for such uses. (If more than one person owns the
property, each person will need to sign a release; replace the words “sole authority” with “joint authority”).
Use of photographs may be in any representation, compound or distorted in character or form. Use of
photographs may be in conjunction with my own name or with any other name.

The photographer need not seek or obtain my approval of any photographs or images of this property
listed above.

This release is a binding contract. I am above 18 years of age, and have full legal right to enter into this
release. I have read, and understand fully, this document in it’s entirety before any images have been
taken.
