A.1 Documentation During On-The-Job-Training Seminar

Last June 8, 2019, after the Internship, the trainee attended the On-the-Job
Training seminar held at RMMC Conference Room entitled “Power Dressing and
Application for Employment”. The speaker for the said seminar is Mr. Clieford C.
Corsit, MaEd who discussed about power dressing and creating your own
fashion statement which could gain you confidence. He also discussed tips about
interviews and how to make powerful applications. The trainee learned many
things and it includes being confident and being prepared always.

B.1 Documentation During On-The-Job-Training (Inside Office)

Internship in Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is a blessed and

great experience. She learned that in the world of professionals is not as

easy as you think. It takes a lot of hard work. But thanks to our co-

employee that they welcome us with an open arms and gentle heart. They

teach her how to make vouchers, encoding client registration form and

double check the amount of the statement of account in every lotto ticket.

Appendix C:

C.1 Documentation During On-The-Job-Training Visitation

Last June 10 2019, the OJt Visitation was held at PCSO main office.

OJT Instructor Sir Ryan Yamanaka, CPA, visited her and with an intention

to interview the administrative officer Mrs. Cynthia Dayatan with her

performance and behavior in throughout her internship in the company.
