My reflection:
The field of Engineering is not easy to pursue, you always must
come up with fast solutions and should how to work while even under
pressure. But even if it is quite difficult, you have your peers/ co-workers
to help you on your task. The interviewee said that openness to new ideas
and having an inquisitive nature is extremely needed. Failures are
unavoidable but you always have to take it as motivation and learn from
it.
