REMINDERS for Group Presentations on May 31, 2019 (Friday):

1. Defense begins at 9:00 A.M. Groups will draw lots on the spot. Latecomers will no longer be allowed
to join once groups have begun with the defense.

2. Prepare name tags for each group member. Write names legibly.

3. PPT presentations must be prepared in advance. Each member must have a part in the presentation
and must respond to questions should there be any. Follow guidelines given for the oral presentation.

4. Manuscripts must be spring-bound with the appropriate cover page (blue color).

****Bring food and drinks that can be shared by all so there will be no disruptions and presentations
will continue. It is suggested that you post on our wall what you intend to bring so there will be no
repetition. Also take charge of your individual utensils.

1st slide - Title of the Literature Review and names of students

INTRODUCTION ( 1- 2 slides)

establish significance of the chosen topic


present answerable/focus research question/s based on the chosen
topic
present aim of the literature review

BODY (5-7 slides)


present issues, key themes, gaps in understanding & points of
disagreement among different sources reviewed relevant to the
research aim

CONCLUSION ( 1-2)
-demonstrate how you have answered your research question/s
-demonstrate how you have achieved your aim
