Minor work-related injuries: common work-related injuries, not serious bodily injury,
just simple early save to return to work, such as: scratching, needle, scissors and
other injuries.

The heavy work related injuries: work-related injuries resulting in lost personal or
caused by other parts of the injury needs to send caused by outside hospital treatment:

Work-related injuries caused death (fatal): the employees die from work-related
injuries occurred, died in hospital emergency on the way, died in first aid midterm,
died of recurrence of work-related injuries.

Work-related accidents investigation will be conducted by the SEA Department.

5.2 ជាការ ួ លខុ ម្តូវរប ់ស្នថប័នដែលពាក់ព័នធអៅអពលអម្រោះថ្នាក់ការងារណារួ យបាន

When the occurrence of work-related injuries, first of all bring the injured worker to the
medical room/clinic for the first aid and HSE Office will verify and give his
recommendations prior to sending to outside hospitals or clinic (non-emergency
situations).

5.2.2 បុរគលិកអព យម្បចាំអរាកចម្កមានភារ: ួ លខុ ម្តូវចំអពាោះការងារ អម្ងាគោះបឋរ និក

The medical staff is responsible for the initial first aid and the analysis of work-related
injuries.

5.2.3 ចំអពាោះស្នថប័នណារួ យដែលមានករម កររករបួ អោយស្នរអម្រោះថ្នាក់ការងារ ជាបឋរ

ម្បធានស្នថប័នឫម្បធាន យកោានអ ោះម្តូវរាយការ ៍ផ្ទទល់មាត់អៅរ្នត ី SEA ។
Departments or Sections have a work-related injuries, initially the department leader
must inform verbally the incident to SEA Department.

5.2.4 រ្នត ីស្នថប័ន HSEម្តូវអរៀបចំឯកស្នរដែលទក់ កនឹកឧបតត ិអេតុអ ោះភាែរៗអែ៊ើរបីអ្វ ើការ

អ ុ៊ើបអអកេ ត និកវវ ិភារអំពីបុពវអេតុពិតរប ់វា អេ៊ើយម្តូវចាត់ វ ិធានការអែ៊ើរបីការពារអម្រោះថ្នាក់

The HSE Officer must document the incident at the same time to investigate, analyze its
causes and proposed to overcome in order to prevent the recurrence of similar work-
related injuries. Overcome the issues in line with the importance of the problem.

In the case of minor injuries only in the medical room/clinic for first aid, no need to bring
the patient outside the factory unless subsequently needed.

When injured employee/worker is recommended to go outside for treatment, the Nurse
on Duty must fill up Injury Tracking Form and HSE Officer will prepare
Accident/Incident Investigation Form to be duly filled up and submit
recommendations/comment within 24 hours from the incident.

In the event of work-related injuries of death: When work related injuries cause death,

 the relevant departments and HSE Officer have the responsibility to maintain and control
the location of incident. During death SEA Department is responsible to inform local
authorities about the incident.

HSE / HSE Officer is responsible to summarize all work-related injuries and submit it to
SEA Manager/Supervisor monthly.

5.2.9

Complete work-related injuries investigation report by the HSE Officer must immediately
send by e-mail ﹝ minor of injuries ﹞call﹝ severe occasions ﹞ inform to the SEA in
charge. And send Internal Memo/Letter to the concern person or department to mitigate
the same occurrence in the future﹝reports must be completed within 24 hours after the
occurrence of work-related injuries﹞
