1. Project in Canada: CWB (Canadian Wheat Board) - A Leading Wheat distribution


company in Canada implemented all financial modules of Oracle ERP in year 2008.
Mr. Bipradas was leading the finance team from Offshore in addition to playing the role
of implementation consultant in the Canadian project team. He traveled to Canada
during the System Design, User Acceptance Testing and Production Go-Live phases.
He has received personal letter of appreciation from VP - Sales, CWB for his
immaculate performance on the project.

• Worked as Oracle Financials (AR, AP, CM, GL, and FA) & Oracle Process
Manufacturing Specialist and Tax expert, being the sole representative from IBM

2. Project in Australia: SA Health - The Health department of South Australian Government


implemented Oracle ERP in year 2010. Mr. Bipradas was leading both Finance & Projects
teams and was placed in Australia till the end of the project to ensure smooth delivery of the
project within time and stipulated budget amount. He has received Service Excellence Award
from IBM Australia and personal appreciation letter from Director, Financial Accounting, SA
Health for his immense contribution to the success of the project.

• Worked as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to resolve critical Oracle Financials, Oracle
Projects and SLA (Sub-ledger Accounting) related problems.
• Analyzed new business requirements and mapped them to Oracle Apps R12.1 solution.

stupendous performance.

• Worked as Implementation lead covering all Financial modules and SLA Setup.
• Conducted System integration testing with external third-party programs in ERP.

1. Projects in India: GEHC Testing Centre - GE Healthcare implemented Oracle ERP in later
part of year 2000 and outsourced the testing activity to TCS. Mr. Bipradas was part of the
Finance testing team in year 2003 and by end of year 2004 he was leading the Finance
testing team of around 10 people demonstrating his quick learning potential to the fullest. He
has received Star of the Month award multiple times during the first 2 years.
Key Responsibilities Performed:
• Lead the Finance and Projects Testing team specializing in Regression testing in Oracle
Apps (R11i) environment.
• Tested & Identified Bugs for All GEHC custom objects in Oracle ERP.

GEHC FA Implementation – Mr. Bipradas was leading the Finance team of


5 people who implemented Oracle Assets module across five locations of GEHC in three
continents in year 2005. He traveled to Japan during the User Acceptance Testing phase
to support the end users. He has received certificate of appreciation from Regional
Manager, TCS West and GE Relationship Manager for successfully completing the
project within time.

2. Projects in UK: BBPNL - One of the biggest power networks and distribution companies in
UK implemented Oracle ERP in year 2006. Mr. Bipradas was part of the Onshore Finance

• Conducted CRP (Conference Room Pilot) to validate business requirements.

RWE - One of the biggest Utilities service providers in Europe implemented


Oracle ERP in year 2007. Mr. Bipradas was leading the Onshore Finance Implementation
team and was located in UK throughout the project to ensure smooth delivery of the same.
