Greetings of peace.

As part of the curricular activities of our BS Mechanical Engineering program, students undertake
practicum in power, industrial or manufacturing plants. This practicum will provide students with the
opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge learned in previous Engineering courses within a relevant
working environment. It is also hoped that these students developed an understanding of the professional
and ethical issues encountered by engineers and technologists in the workplace and also refine their skills
in problem solving, communication, data analysis, teamwork, and project management.

In view of the above, the undersigned would like to request that Mr. Miguel Paolo C. Lademora can be
accommodated in your engineering department to undertake a 240-hour practicum in mechanical
engineering-related activities from June to July 2017. His résumé is attached.

Mr. Lademora is willing to learn if given the opportunity to work as a trainee in your company. Thank
