Fiber Affect Analysis Toward Resin Distributing at VARTM (Vacuum

Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) Method

Abstract : Composite manufacturing can be applied with many methods which
have advantages and limitations in production cost and quality. Some of
them are hand lay-up, auto clave and VARTM. Hand lay-up method has
low cost production and quality product. Auto clave has high quality
 product with high production cost. In other hand, VARTM method has low
production cost but has high quality product. Based on Darcy’s law,
VARTM method was affected by resin viscosity, fiber permeability, and
pressure gradient. The affect of fiber permeability was analyzed by keep
pressure gradient and resin viscosity constant along experiment and
varying the angel of woven fabrics and fiber thickness. Then observe
their effect toward resin velocity along 70 cm x 7.5 cm mold. And based
on experiment, angle variation obtain small different velocity but
thickness variation give more significant different.

- Develop e-ATP, e-QC, e-BAUT & e-BAST system and keep coordinate with Telkomsel
and Take United (3rd party) if any new requirement.
- Maintain system and make sure e-ATP, e-QC, e-BAUT & e-BAST run smoothly from
ATP, KPI, BAUT and BAST.
- Provide all data which is needed in e-ATP, e-QC, e-BAUT & e-BAST system.

2. PIC for iCoding & iSite (Telkomsel Project).

- Make sure material delivery successfully in CES system.
- Make sure PR to subcont process successfully in iBuy system.
- Make sure Revenue triggered successfully.
- Make sure Invoice triggered successfully.

3. Handle Revenue for Telkomsel Project.

- Provide EIR and other supporting document for revenue.
- Checking revenue trigger whether it success or not.
 - Checking any blocking issue to achieve monthly & Quarter target.

4. Handle Roll Out Data Base for Telkomsel Project.

- Create new template for Roll Out Data Base in iSite system.
- Update each project progress from each regional.
- Support Project Controller to make any project progress analysis (invoices and revenue
target, On Air and BAUT target for each region, etc) base on data base.

Achievements:
 Cash Flow Management for all projects running smoothly now, so base on database can
control cash flow project end to end.
 Revenue and invoice process in Huawei internal system for Q1-Q4 run smoothly.
 Revenue database for Tinem and A&B project maintain neatly.
 Completed more than 100 CR for South Sumatera, West Kalimantan and Maluku Area.
 CR database South Sumatera, West Kalimantan and Maluku area maintain neatly.
 Tinem Roll Out Database for South Sumatera, West Kalimantan and Maluku area
maintain neatly so can control project progress end to end to avoid delay and penalty.
 Built e-BAST system for all area and ready for live with costumer at beginning of October
2010 (document running smoothly in system).
 Support project revenue achievement for Q1-Q4 (2010 - now).
 Support project invoice achievement for Q1-Q4 (2010 - now).
 Support BAUT & BAST achievement for Telkomsel Project.
