'.0.2 This code is suitable for the construction and acceptance of industrial metallic piping (simply called 8 piping hereafter) works with design pressure not exceeding 42 MPa and design temperature not exceeding that of allowed for use of the material. 1.03 This code is not suitable for the special piping of nuclear energy installation, the special piping of mining Pit and the long-distance conveying piping, 1.0.4 The construction of piping shall be proceeded according to the design document. When the design is modified, the modification shall be affirmed by the original design unit and be consented by the project undertaking unit, 1.0.5 The piping for machine or equipment assembled on site shall be constructed according to the technical document of the manufacturer, but the quality standard must not be lower than the stipulation of this code. 1.0.6 The construction of piping, besides implementation the stipulation of this code, shall further implement the stipulations of the current relevant national stanidaids and codes, 2 Terminology 2.0.1 Piping ‘The general assembly of pipes, pipe fittings, flanges, bolt connections, gaskets, valves and other component Parts or compression members consists of piping components and pipe-supporting elements and is used for conveying, distributing, mixing, separating, discharging, measuring, controlling or blocking the flow of fluids, 2.0.2 Piping components ‘The elements used for connecting or assembling the piping. They include pipes, fittings, flanges, gaskets, fasteners, valves as well as expansion joint, flexible joint, pressure-resistant hose, water trap, filter, and separator, ete, 2.0.3 Pipe-supporting elements ‘The general designation of fixtures and structural attachments forthe piping, 2.04 Fixtures ‘The elements have the load transferred from pipe or piping structural attachment to supporting structure or equipment They include hanging rod, spring support and hanger, inclined tie rod, balancing hammer, turn-buckle, bracing strut, chain, guide ral, anchorage, saddle, pad, roller, bracket and rolling rack, etc. 2.0.5 Structural attachments The fittings attached on pipe by use of welding, bolt connection or clamping method. They include pipe suspender, lifting (bearing) eye, ring, clamp, lifting grip, clamping plate and skirt pipe seat, et. 2.0.6 Lethal fluid ‘The substance which has a very litle amount leaking to the surroundings and is inhaled by one or comes in contact with human body can cause severe and incurable damage on human body, even a rapid treatment is given. | corresponds to the poison of 1* degree of hazardness in the current national standard “Hiazardness classification ‘of professional contagious poisons”. 2.0.7 Toxie fluid ‘The substance which leaks to the surroufidings and is inhaled by one or comes in contact with human body, if the sufferer is duly treated, no unrecoverable harm will be imposed on human body. It corresponds to the poison of 2" degree and lower of hazardness in the current national standard “Hazardness classification professional contagious poisons.” 6 2.0.8 Flammable fluid Under the condition of production operation, it is the liquid of which the gas may be ignited and burns continuously or which may be liquefied. 2.0.9 Fluid transportation piping, It refers to the piping for transporting different fluids specified in the design document after the design unit overall considers such fundamental factors as fluid property and operation condition as well as other constituent management design, ett. .The fluids may be divided into lethal fuid, toxic fuid, flammable fluid, non- combustible fluid and non-toxie flu. 2.0.10 Hot bending “The operation of pipe bending when the temperature is higher than the critical point ACT of the metal 2.0.11 Cold bending ‘The operation of pipe bending when the temperature is lower than the critical point ACI of the meta. 2.0.12, Tightening in hot condition “Te tightening operation for preventing the piping from leak under the working temperature at the detachable ‘connection because of being caused by thermal expansion. 2.0.13 Tightening in cold condition ‘The tightening operation for preventing the piping from leak under the working temperature atthe detachable connection because of being caused by cold shrinkage. 2.0.14 100% radiographic examination ‘The complete circumference radioactive ray examination conducted on the complete annular butt weld seams of a designated batch of piping and the whole length radioactive ray examination conducted on the longitudinal! weld seam, 2.0.15 Random radiographic examination “The complete circumference radio ray examination conducted on a certain percent annular butt weld seams in & designated batch of piping. It is only suitable for the annular butt weld seam. 2.0.16 Pressure test it isto pressurize the piping by steps with the liquor gas as medium to reach the specified pressure so a8 to cconclct the test for examining the strength and the tightness of piping. 2.0.17 Leak test “The test for checking up leak point in the piping system is to use the foaming agent, chromogenic agent, gas inductive micrometer or other special means ete, with gas as medium under the design pressure. 2.0.18 Recovering the original state ‘The process of the piping having been installed and qualified after being dismanted fo recover again is original state. 2.0.19 Isometric diagram The air-view of piping drawn with single lines by the drafting method of each piping according to the axial side projection. 2.0.20 Pipe-segments to be prefabricated Before prefabrication of te piping, the pipe-segments to be first prefabricated are determined according fo the isometric diagram. 2.0.21 Pipe-segments for dimension adjustment Before prefabrication of the piping, the pipe-segments selected and determined according t0 the isometric diagram are further processed after the installing dimensions being measured. 3 Examination of piping components and pipe-supporting elements 3.0.1 The piping components and pipe-supporting elements must have the manufacturer's quality certificates, and their qualities should not be lower than the stipulations of the current national standards 5.0.2 The material, size, model and quality of the piping component and pipe-supporting element shall conform to the stipulations of the design document and shall have the appearance inspection conducted according (0 the current national standard, and those unqualified must not be used, 3.0.3 The alloy steel piping component shall have its material rechecked by using the spectrum analysis or other method and shall have the marker made. The material of the internals for the steel alloy valve shall have the random inspection conducted and the random inspection quantity must not be less than 1 for each batch (aime manufacturer, same specification, same model and same delivery, the same hereafter) 3.0.4 The lining quality ofthe corrosion-proof lined piping shall conform to the stipulation of the current national standard “Code for construction and acceptance of corrosion-proof works for industrial equipment and piping”, 3.0.5 The following piping valves shall have the pressure test and tightness test of th cone by one. Those unqualified must not be used 3.0.5.1 Valves for the piping transporting lethal fluid, toxic fluid and flammable fluid. 3.0.5.2 Valves for the piping transporting non-combustible fluid and non-toxic fluid with design pressure shell bodies conducted greater than | MPa or design pressure less than or equal to | MPa and also design temperature lower than - 29 deg.C or higher than 186 deg. 3.0.6 Valves for the piping transporting non-combustible fluid and non-toxic fluid and also design temperature being -29 deg,C~186 deg.C shall have the pressure test and tightness test oftheir shell bodies conducted by 10% random inspection from each batch and also no less than 1. When being unqualified, the random inspection shall be doubled, and when being still unqualified, this batch of valves must not be used 3.0.7 The testing pressure of the valve shell body must not be less than 1.5 times the nominal pressure and the testing time must not less than Smin ,and it is qualified with the shell body packing without leak; the tightness test may be conducted with the nominal pressure and itis qualified without leak of the valve flap seal plane, 3.0.8 The valve qualified through test shall be drained thoroughly and blown dry. Besides the valve needing defattng, the seal plane shall be coated with anti-rusting oil, have the valve closed and the inlet and outlet sealed, the obvious mark shall be made, and the “valve testing record” shall be filled in according to the format stipulated by Clause A.0.lof Appendix A in this code. 3.0.9 The gate valve with the nominal pressure less than IMPa and the nominal diameter larger than or equal to 600mm may not have the shell body pressure test and gate plate seal test conducted individually. The shell body pressure test may be tested according to the piping system testing pressure when the system is tested, and the gate plate seal test may be examined by using the method of color printing, ete. and the color printing on the jointing plane shall be continuows. 3.0.10 The safety valve shall have the trial adjustment for opening pressure conducted according to the stipulation of the design document. The pressure during its adjustment shall be stable andthe opening and closing tests for each safety valve must not be less than 3 times. After trial adjustment, the “Preliminary trial adjustment record of safety valve" shall be filled in according to the forma stipulated by Clause A.0.2 of Appendix A in this code. 3.0.11 For the valve with steam jacket, the jacket part have the pressure the steam working pressure. 5.0.12 For the material thatthe design document requires to be tested for impact ductility under low temperature, the supplier of material shall provide the document of results forthe low-temperature impact ductility test and its index must not be lower than the stipulation of the design document. est conducted with a pressure 1.5 times 5.0.13 For the stainless steel pipe and pipe fittings that the design document requires to be tested for inter-erystal corrosion , the supplier of product shall provide the document of results for the inter-crystal corrosion test ‘and its index must not be lower than the stipulation of the design document . 3.0.14 The piping component and pipe-supporting element shall be properly stored under custody in the construction process , they must not be mixed or damaged and their color eode or marker shall be obviously clear Piping components and pipe-supporting elements of stainless steel and non-ferrous metal materials ust not be in contact with carbon steel in the storing period and the pipes which cannot be installed temporarily shall have the mouths sealed . 4 Fabrication of piping. 4.1. Cutting of pipe 4.1.1 The pipe before being cut shall have the original marker shifted to it, The low-temperature steel pipe and titanium pipe are prohibited to use the steel seal . 4.12 The carbon steel pipe and stecl alloy pipe may be cut by using the mechanical method. When the oxyacetylene is used for cutting , accurate dimensions and level surface must be guaranteed 4.1.3 The stainless steel pipe and non-ferrous metallic pipe shall be cut by using the mechanical or plasma ‘method, When the stainless steel pipe and titanium pipe use the emery wheel for cutting or trimming , the special emery wheel disc shall be used . 4.1.4 The galvanized steel pipe may be cut by using the hack saw or mechanical method 4.1.5 The quality ofthe pipe cut shall conform to the following stipulations “4.15.1 The cut surface shall be level and have no crack , double-skin ,burr , concavo-convex , shrinkage cavity, fusion slag, oxide, iron filing, ete. 4.1.52. The inclination deviation of the cut end plane delta (Fig. 4.15) shall not be greater than 1% ofthe pipe diameter and also must not exceed 3mm Fig. 4.1.5 Inclination deviation of pipe cut end plane 4.2. Fabrication of bend 4.2.1 The bend may be fabricated by using the pipe with wall thickness of positive tolerance, When the pipe with negative tolerance is used for fabrication of bend, the relation ofthe pipe bending radius with the pipe wall thickness before the bend may conform to the stipulation of Tab. 4.2.1 Relation between pipe bending radius and pipe wall thickness, Tab, 4.2.1 ____ Bending radius (R) Pipe wall thickness before bend R26DN 1.061m 6DN2RESDN 1.08Tm SDN>R>24DN 114tm 4DN>R23DN 1.25Tm Note : DN—-nominal diameter ; Tm--design wall thickness 4.2.2'The bending radius ofthe high-pressure steel pipe may be greater than S times the pipe diameter and that of other pipes may be greater than 3.5 times the pipe diameter 14.2.3 When the bend is made from the seamed pipe, the weld shall keep away the tension ( compression ) zone. 4.2.4 The stel pipe shall be cold-bent or hot-bent within the range permitted by the material characteristics, 4.25 When the non-ferrous metallic pipe is made into a bend by heating, the temperature range shall conform to the stipulation of Tab. 4.2.5 ‘Temperature range for heating non-ferrous metalic pipe Tab. 4.2.5 _ Material of piping Heating temperature range (deg.C) Copper 500-600 Copper alloy 600-700 ‘Aluminium 11-17 150-260 Aluminium alloy LF2, LF3 200-310 Aluminium-manganese alloy <450 Titanium <350 Lead 100~130 4.2.6 The high-alloy stel pipe or non-ferrous metallic pipe made into a bend may use the mechanical method; when the bend is tnade with filling of sand, the hit by @ hammer is not allowed .When the lead pipe is hot- bent, no sand must be filled. 14.2.7 The heat treatment of the steel pipe after hot or cold bending shall conform to the following stipulations 42.7.1 Except the case thatthe pipe bending temperature always is kept at above 900 deg.C, the carbon stel pipe with wall thickness greater than 19mm after being made into bend shall be heat-treated according fo the stipulation of Tab. 4.2.7 42.7.2. When the medium and low alloy steel pipes listed in Tab. 4.2.7 are hot-bent, those with nominal Giameter greater than or equal to 100mm or wall thickness greater than or equal tol3mm shall be completely annealed, have normal beat plus tempering or be annealing treated according to the design document 4.2.7.3 When the medium and low alloy steel pipes listed in Tab, 4.2.7 are cold-bent, those with nominal diameter greater than or equal to 100mm or wall thickness greater than or equal to 13mm shall be heat- treated according to the requirement of Tab. 4.2.7 . 4.2.14 The bend made of Austenitic stainless steel may not be heat-treated ; when the design document requires heat-treatment, it shall be proceeded according to the design document . The flatness deviation must not be greater than Immin . 43.7 The rolled-plate pipe with weld unable to be formed from two planes may have the sealing run proceeded in the pipe inside when the nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 600mm - 4.38 In the process ofthe rolledplate pipe processing, the plate surface shall be prevented from damaging . The jon, and the wall thickness at the severely damaged position must be trimmed to make it in smooth trai ‘rimmed place must not be less than the design wall thickness 4.39 For the processing specification the rolled-plate pipe, the dimensions shall conform to the stipulation ofthe design document and the quality shall conform to the stipulation of the corresponding quality grade in Chapter 7 of this code. 4.4 Turn-up of pipe mouth 4.4.1 The pipe with turn-up connection shall have the turn-up tested at random for 1% per batch and also for no Jess than two . When the crack exists , it shal be treated and be tested again, When the crack still exists, the said batch of pipes shall be tested one by one and the unqualified one must be used. 4.42. When the pipe mouth turn-up for the aluminium pipe uses the mould, it may not be heated, and when 3 heating is needed, the temperature shall be 150-200 deg,C; the heating temperature for pipe mouth tum-up of the copper pipe shall be 300~350 deg.C 4.43 The pipe mouth after being tuned up must not have such defects as crack , breach and wrinkle ete, and shall have good sealing plane 4.4.4 The end plane ofthe turn-up shall be perpendicular to the pipe centerline and the allowable deviation shal be Imm ; the thickness reduced rate shall not be greater than 10% 4.4.5 The outer diameter and the radius of turning angle of the pipe mouth after being turned up shall be able to quatantee mounting and dismounting frely ofthe bolt and flange . The flange and the turn-up shal uniform good contact 4.5 Processing of jacketed pipe 4.5.1 The jacketed pipe during prefabrication shall have the adjusting pipe section provided , and the adjusting allowance may be 50~100mm 4.5.2 The processing of the jacketed pipe shall conform tothe stipulation ofthe design document When the main ripe has weld seam , the said weld seam shall have the radiographic examination conducted according othe testing proportion of the same kind of piping , and only after the testis qualified, the main pipe can be sealed inthe jacket pipe 45.3 The gap between jacket pipe and main pipe shall be uniform ,and the bearers shall be welded according to the stipulation ofthe design document . The beater must not interfere the expansion ofthe jacket and main pipes 454 The main pipe after being processed shall have the weld exposed for pressure test -The testing pressure shall tke the larger of the intemal or external design pressure of the main pipe as the datum for the pressure test and the pressure is maintained for 10min ; after no leak is detected and no deformation is perceived by eye estimation , the pressure is lowered to the design pressure kept for 30min and no pressure-drop and no percolation are taken as being qualified. 45.5 After the jacketed pipe is completed for processing , the jacket portion shall be tested with a pressure 1.5 times the design pressure 4.5.6 The jacket assembling welding for the bend shall be proceeded afer the main pipe bending is completed and is qualified through testing. 4.5.7 The imner surface weld of the piping for transporting molten medium shall be level and smooth and must not have protruded welding knob . Its quality shall conform to the stipulation ofthe design document. 45:8 When the jacketed pipe is difficult for assembling , the jacket may use the form of spli-combined welding and the restoration welding shall ensure the quality . 4:59 The main pipe fitings of the jacketed pipe shall se the seamless or pressed butt joint pipe fiting and no skew-joint bend must be used. 45.10 The jacket pipe and the main pipe of the jacketed bend shall be ensured for their coaxility and the deviation must not exceed 3mm 5 Welding of piping 5.0.1 The welding of the piping shall be carried out according to the relevant stipulations of this code and the csurent national standard “Code for construction and acceptance of welding works for on-site equipment and industrial piping * 5.0.2 The weld positions of the piping shall conform to the following stipulations 5.0.2.1 The distance between two butt-welded joints on the straight pipe section shall not be less than 150mm ‘when the nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 150mm and shall not be less than the pipe outer diameter when the nominal diameter is smaller than 150mm 5.0.2.2 The distance of the weld from the bending origin of the bend ( not including the pressed , hot-thrust or ‘midefrequency bend ) must not be Tess than 100mm and also not less than the pipe outer diameter 5.0.2.3 The longitudinal weld seam of the rolled-plate pipe shall be placed on the position for easy repair and should be put underside 5.0.2.4 The net distance of the annular weld from the support and hanger shall not be less than 50mm ; that of the weld needed heat-treatment from the support and hanger must not be less than 5 times the weld width and also not less than 100mm 5.0.2.5 The opening may not be drilled on the weld or near its edge 5.0.2.6 The rolled-plate pipe with strengthening hoops shall have the weld of strengthening hoop staggered with the longitudinal weld and its spacing shall not be less than 10mm . The distance of the strengthening hoop from the annular weld of the pipe shall be less than SOmm_ 5.0.3 The groove forms and dimensions of pipes and fittings shall conform to the stipulations of the design document .When there is no design stipulation , they may be determined according to the stipulations of Clauses B.0.1~B.0.6 in Appendix B ofthis code 5,04 Processing of the piping groove may use the mechanical method and may also use the thermal processing methods of plasma arc , oxyacetylene flame , ete. . For the piping with special requirement is quality has conformed to the requirement of the design document 6.1.1.3 The relevant procedures such as defatting , inside corrosion-proofing and lining , etc. which must be completed before installation have been completed 6.1.2 The setup of flange , weld and other connectors shall be convenient for repairing and must not be fitted closely o the wall, floor or pipe support. 6.1.3 The defatted piping components before installation must be strictly inspected and must not have oil stain and pollution 6.1.4 When the piping passes the road , wall or structure, it shall be protected by adding the sleeve or laying the culvert 6.1.5 The embeded piping after being tested for pressure and corrosion-proofed shall be duly filled , compacted ty layers, and shall have the “Concesled work (closed) record” filled in according to the format stipulated by Clause A.0.4 in Appendix A ofthis code and the acceptance of the concealed work conducted 6.2 Prefabrication of piping 6.2.1 The prefabrication of piping may be proceeded according tothe isometric diagram of the piping system 6.2.2 The prefabrication of piping shall have the piping components matched according to quantity , size and jiagram and shall have the piping system number marked out material quality stipulated by the isometric according to the isometric diagram and have the sequence number of different piping components marked ‘out according to the prefabrication sequence 6.23 The selection of pipe segments to be prefabricated and pipe segments for dimension adjustment shall be rational and the pipe segment for dimension adjustment shall be processed according to the installing length after being measured on the site 6.2.4 The allowable deviations of pipe segments to be prefabricated and pipe segments for dimension adjustment shall conform to the stipulations of Tab. 6.2.4 . The tightening in cold condition shall be proceeded under relief of pressure 6.3:10.4 The tightening shall be appropriate and shall have the safety echnical measures to guarantee the safety of the operator 63.11 During the piping butt-but setting , the flatness shall be measured at the position 200mm from the joint center ( Fig, 63.11 ) . The allowable deviation is Imm , when the pipe nominal diameter is smaller than 100mm sand that is 2mm , when the pipe nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 100mm -But the whole length allowable deviation is all 10mm . Fig. 6.3.11 Flatness of piping butt-butt setting 6.3.12 When pipings are connected , no force must be used for butt-butt setfing and such methods as adding off- seiting pad or multi-layer pad, etc, shall not be used to eliminate defects of voidness , tilting , misalignment or unconeentricity ete. ofthe joint. 6.3.13 When the alloy steel pipe has the local curvature corrected , the heating temperature shall be controlled at below the critical temperature 6.3.14 No temporary bracing shall be welded on the alloy steel piping 6.3.15 The piping before pre-extension ( pre-compression , the same hereafter ) shall possess the following conditions 6.15.1 All the welds between the fixed supports in the pre-extended zone (except the pre-extended joint ) have been completed for welding , the welds needing to be heat-treated have the heat-treatment completed and are qualified through examination 63.15.2 The supports and hangers in the pre-extension zone have been installed and the pipes have been fixed with the fixed supports . The supports and hangers near the pre-extension zone have provided sufficient adjustment allowance , and the springs of support and hanger have been compressed according to the design requirement and temporarily fixed to make the spring not bear load 6.3.15,3 All the bolts in the pre-extension zone have been tightened 63.16 When the pre-extended piping weld needs to be heat-treated , the temporary clamp erected during pre- extension can be dismantled only after completion of heat-treatment 63.17 When the branch pipe of the drain pipe is connected with the main pipe , it may be slightly sloped according to the flow direction of the medium 63:18 Hole opening and welding of the source intake member for the instrument on the piping shall be proceeded before installation of the piping . 6.3:19 The piping passing through the wall andthe floor shall have the sleeve added and the piping weld may not be plaved within the sleeve . The sleeve passing through the floor shall be higher than the floor surface by Somm . The piping passing through the roof shall have the rain-proof shoulder and rain-proof cap . The gep between the piping and the sleeve shall be filled with the non-combustible material 6.3.20 When the piping installation work is interrupted , the opened pipe mouth shall be duly enclosed 63.21 When the stainless stee piping is installed , the iron tools must not be used for hitting and the stipulation of Clause 4.1.3 in this code shall be conformed 0 ‘The non-metallic gasket used for the stainless steel piping flange must have its chlorine fon content not exceeding 50*10 to the power -6 (SOppm ) . 6.3.23 The stainless steel padding sheet or the non-metallic padding sheet with chlorine jon content not exceeding '0*10:0 the power -6 (50pm ) shall be filled in between the stainless steel piping and the support 6.3.24 The piping expansion indicator shall be set up according to te stipulation ofthe design document and the 63.2 pointer shall be adjusted to zer0 position before the piping blowing 6.3.25 The ereep expansion measuring point and the supervisory pipe segment shall have thei installing positions set according to the stipulation of the design document at position convenient for ebservation and also conform to the following requirement : 6,325.1 The supervisory pipe segment shall select the pipe with thickness of the maximum negative deviation ‘among steel pipes of the same batch and the same specification 6.25.2 The instrument source intake member and the support and hanger must not have hole opened of be installed on the supervisory pipe segment 6.3.25. When the main pipe is stainless steel pipe and the steam tracer is carbon steel pipe , the separating pad may use the asbestos pad with chlorine ion content not exceeding 5010 10 the power 6 (50pm) and the substance not causing carburization such as the stainless steel wire , ete, shall be used for binding . 6.7.4 The steam tracer on passing by the main pipe flange shall have the detachable connector corresponclingly provided. 6.7.5 Installation of the steam travers between that from the distribution tation to the steam traced main pipe and that leaving the main pipe to the collection station shall be orderly arranged and may not cross over one another or skewed pass through for short cut 6.7.6 Installation of the jacketed pipe besides conforming to the relevant stipulations of Sections 4.5 , 6.1 6.2 and 63 shall further conform to the following stipulations : 2 6.1.6.1 When the jacketed pipe i installed after being sectioned , the longitudinal weld seam shall be placed in the position easy for repairing, 6.7.62 Installation ofthe through-connecting pipe for the jacketed pipe shall conform to the stipulation of the design document , and when there is no design stipulation, the through-connecting pipe shall be prevented from stagnant liquid 6.1.6.3 The beaters forthe jacketed pipe must not obstruct the flowing of fluid and the bearer material shal be the same as that of the main pipe. 6.8 Installation of piping with corrosion-proof lining {68.1 When the lined pipe segment and pipe fittings are handled and piled , the violent shock or collision shall be avoided 6.8.2 Before installation of the piping with lining, the lining layer shall be inspected for intactness and have the inside of pipe kept clean 6.8.3:The piping components with such lining as rubber , plastics , glass fer reinforeed plastics, costing, ete shall be stored in the room with a temperature of 5~40deg.CC, and the radiation of sun light and heat souree shall be prevented 6.84 Installation ofthe lined piping shall use the sft or semi-hard gasket . When the installing length error needs to be adjusted, the method of changing the thickness of same material gasket may be used , and the gasket thickness may not exceed 20% of the design thickness . 6.8.5 When the lined piping is installed, it must not be welded , heated , twisted or beaten 6.9 Installation of valves 6.9.1 The valve before being installed shall have the packing inspected an allowance left out 6.9.2 The valve before being installed shall have its model checked according to the design document , and shall have its installing direction determined according to the flow direction . gland bolts shall have the adjusting 69.3 When the valve is connected with the piping by the mode of flange or serew thread, the valve shall be installed under the closed condition . 69.4 When the valve is connected with the piping by the mode of welding , the valve must not be closed the ‘weld bottom layer may use the argon arc welding . 6.95 For the valve on the horizontal piping, its valve rod and the transmission device shall be installed according to the design document , and its action shall be nimble . 6.9.6 When the cast ron and slicon iron valves are installed , they must not be connected by force and shall exert Uniform force 6.9.7 The high-pressure valve before being installed must have the product quality certificate and testing record rechecked 6.9.8 When the safety valve is installed , the following stipulations shall be conformed to: 6.9.8.1 The safety valve shall be vertically installed 6.0.82 When the piping is put into the tral operation, the safety valve shall be duly adjusted and corrected 69.8.3 The final adjusting correction ofthe safety valve may be proceeded on the system , and the opening and recoiling pressure shall conform to the stipulation of the design document 6.9.8.4 The safety after being adjusted and corrected must not Jeak under the working pressure 6.0.85 After the safety valve has been qualified for adjustment and correction it shall be lead-sealed , and shal have the “Final shakedown test record of safety valve” filled in according to Clause A.0.5 of Appendix A in this code 6.10 Installation of compensation device 6.10.1 Installation of the U-shape or the omega shape expansion bend shall conform to the following stipulations 6.10.1.1 The pre-extension or the pre-compression shall be proceeded according to the stipulation of the design document , the allowable deviation is +/- 10mm , and the “installation record for installation of piping compensation device” shall be filled in according to Clause A.0.6 of Appendix A in this code 6.10.1.2 When horizontally installed , the parallel arm shall have the same slope as that of the pipeline and the two perpendicular arms shall be parallel 6.10.1.3 When vertically installed , the gas exhaust and the water trap devices shall be set up 6.10.2 Installation ofthe packed compensator shall conform to the following stipulations 6.10.2.1 It shall retain concentricity with the piping and must not be tilted 6.10.22 The guide pedestal shall ensure free expansion during operation , and must not be off-set from the center 6.10.23 The surplus shrinkage amount shall be left out according to the installing length and the temperature Variation . The support and hanger shall have accurate positions , be installed level and firm , and be in tight contact with the piping 6.11.2 The hanger for the piping without thermal displacement shall be vertically iustalled . The hanging point for the piping with thermal displacement shall be provided in the opposite direction of the displacement and installed with an off-set of 1/2 of the displacement value (Fig. 6.11.2). The temporary fixture for the spring shall be dismantled only after completion of installing , pressure testing and heat-insulating for the system . 6 The welding of supports and hangers shall be applied by the qualified welder and must not have defects of missed weld , under-weld or welding crack , etc. . When the piping is welded with the support , the pipe must not have phenomena of undercut , burn-through , ete. 61 7 Valves on the cast iron , lead and large bore piping shall have the special-purpose support set up and ‘must not be carried by the piping § When the piping is fastened on the inclined plane flanges of the stee! channel or I-shape steel section , the bolts shall have corresponding inclined pads 69 During installing the piping , the temporary support and hanger may not be used . When the temporary 6.1 6.1 support and hanger are used , they must not conflict with the formal ones and shall have obvious markers , and after the piping is completed for installation , they shall be dismantled . 10 After the piping is completed for installation , the forms and positions of supports and hangers shall be c’checked one by one according to the stipulation of the design document 61 6.11.11 The piping with thermal displacement during the thermal load operation , the supports and hangers shall be duly inspected and regulated for the following items : 6.11.11.1 The displacement direction , displacement value and guide performance of the sliding support shall conform to the stipulation of the design document 6.11.11.2 The pipe bracket must not be come off 6.11.11.3 The fixed support shall be firm and reliable . 6.11.11.4 The installed elevation of the spring support and hanger and the spring working load shall conform to the stipulation of the design document 6:11.11.5 The position of the adjustable support shall be appropriately regulated . 7 Examination , inspection and testing of piping 7.1 General provision 4.1.1 The construction unit shall have the construction quality examined through its quality inspection personnel 1.1.2 The project undertaking unit or its authorized organ shall supervise and inspect the construction quality through its quality inspection personnel 7.2. Examination of appearance 7.2.1 The examination of the appearance shall include that of various piping components and pipe-supporting ‘elements and that of the piping construction process 7.2.2 The quantity examined and the standards for piping components and pipe-supporting elements , groove processing and butt-assembling , and installation of piping shall conform to the relevant stipulations of Chapters 3~6 in this code . 7.2.3 The welds , except the special requirement of the welding operation instructions , shall have slag film and spattering immediately cleared off after welding finished , and shall have the weld surface cleaned out and the appearance examination shall be conducted . 28 7.2.4 The appearance quality examination of the piping weld shall conform to the relevant stipulations of the current national standard “Code for construction and acceptance of welding works for on-site equipment and industrial piping “ 7.3 Non-destructive examination of weld surface 73.1 The weld surface shall be examined with magnetic powder or liquid penetration according to the stipulation of the design document . 7.3.2 The weld liable to thermal cracking shall be examined after heat-treatment 7.33 The magnetic powder and liquid penetration examinations shall be conducted according to the stipulation of the current national standard “Non-destructive testing for pressure vessels” 7.3.4 When the defect of the weld is discovered , it shall be duly eliminated ,and after elimination , the weld is reexamined until being qualified 7.4 Radiographic examination and supersonic examination 7.4.1 The internal quality of the piping weld shall be examined with the radiographic or supersonic method according to the stipulation of the design document .The methods of radiographic examination and supersonic examination and the quality classification shall conform to the stipulations of the current national standard “Code for construction and acceptance of welding works for on-site equipment and industrial piping . 7.4.2 The radiographic and supersonic examinations of the piping weld shall be duly conducted . During the examination by random sampling , the welds welded by every welder shall be examined at random according to the specified proportion , and the positions examined shall be jointly determined by the ‘quality inspection personnel of the construction unit and the project undertaking unit . 7.43 The quantity for radiographic examination of the piping weld shall conform to the following stipulations 7.4.3.1 The welds of the following piping shall have 100% radiographic examination and their quality must not be lower than grade II: (1). The piping transporting lethal fluid ; Q) The piping transporting the combustible fluid and the toxic fluid with the design pressure greater than or equal to 10MPa or the design pressure greater than or equal to 4MPa and design temperature greater than or equal to 400deg,C G) The piping transporting the non-combustible fluid and the non-toxic fluid with the design pressure greater than or equal to 1OMPa and the design temperature greater than or equal to 400deg.C ; (4). The low-temperature piping with the design temperature lower than -29deg,C (5) Other pipings which are required by the design document to be examined for 100% radiography 7.43.2 The welds of the piping transporting the non-combustible and non-toxie fluids with the design pressure lower than or equal to IMPa and the design temperature lower than 400deg.C may not have the radiographic examination conducted . 7.43.3 Other pipings shall have the random radiographic examination conducted , the random examination proportion must not be lower than $% , and the quality grade must not be lower than grade III .The random examination proportion and the quality grade shall conform to the design requirement 7.44 With the consent of the project undertaking unit , the examination of the piping welds may use the ination ,and the quantity examined shall be the supersonic examination to substitute the radiographic ©: same as that of the radiographic examination . 7.4.5 For the welds not required to have the intemal quality examined , the quality inspection personnel shall completely examine their appearance qualities according to the stipulations of Section 7.2 of this chapter 7.4.6 When itis found that defects of the weld exceed the stipulations of the design document and this code , the 29 weld must be repaired and after the weld has been repaired , it shall be examined according to the originally stipulated method 7.4.7 When no welds with defects required to be repaired are found , the batch of welds represented by the said random sampling shall be deemed as being qualified ; and when the welds with defects required to be repaired are found , the welds , besides the said welds being repaired , shall further be examined by the originally stipulated method according to the following stipul 7.4.7.1 Bvery emergence of one weld not qualified shall have two welds of the same batch welded by the said welder reexamined 7.4.7.2 When these two welds are both qualified , this batch of welds represented by the examination shall be deemed as being qualified 1s 7.4.73 When these two welds emerge again being not qualified , every unqualified weld shall have two welds of the same batch of the said welder examined again . 7.4.74 When the reexamined welds are all qualified , this batch of welds represented by the examination may be deemed as being qualified 7.4.7.5 When the reexamination emerges again unqualified , the sate batch of welds welded by the said welder shall be completely examined 7.4.8 For the weld requited to be heat: treated the hardness of the weld and the heat-influenced zone shall be measured ,and the hardness value shall conform to the stipulation of the design document . When the design ‘document has no definite stipulation , the carbon steel may not be greater than 120% of the hardness of the smother material jand the alloy steel may not be greater than 125% of the hardness of the mother raterial The quantity examined shall not be less than 10% of the total heat-treated welds 7.4.9 The piping weld required to be heat-treated shall have the “Report of heat-treatment” filled in according to the format stipulated by Clause A.0.7 of Appendix A in this code 7.5 Pressure test 75.1 After the piping is completed for installation and is qualified for heat-treatment and non-destructive examination ,the pressure test shall be conducted . The pressure test shall conform to the following stipulations 7.5.1.1 The pressure test shall use the liquid as the testing medium . When the piping design pressure is smaller than 0.6MPa,, the gas may also be used as the testing medium , but the effective safety measures Ever shall be taken .The brittle material is prohibited to use the gas for the pressure test 7.5.1.2 When the site condition allows no use of liquid or gas for the pressure test , and with the consent of the project undertaking unit, the following method may be used for substitution (1) All the welds (including that of structural attachments ) are examined by the liquid penetration method or the magnetic powder method (2) the butt joint welds are examined by the 100% radiography 7.5.1.3 When the pressure test is proceeded , the prohibition zone shall be established with no access to the unrelated personnel 7.5.1.4 Afier the pressure testis completed , no repairing must be conducted on the piping 7.5.1.5 The project undertaking unit shall participate in the pressure test .After the pressure testis qualified , the projet undertaking unit shall fll in the “Record for pressure test of piping system in junction with the construction unit 7.5.2,The following conditions shall be possessed before the pressure test 7.5.2.1 The piping installation works in the testing range ,except painting and heat-insulating , have been all completed according to the design drawings ,and the installation quality conform 10 the relevant stipulations 30 2 Welds and other positions to be tested have not yet been painted and heat-insulated 3 The expansion joint on the piping have the temporary restraint device set up 4 The manometer for testing has been checked and is within the weekly check period , its precision must not be lower than level 1.5 , the calibration value shall be 1.5~2 times the measured maximum pressure, and the number of manometers must not be less than two 7.52.5 The liquid or gas conforming to the requirement of the pressure test has been fully pre pared. 7.5.2.6 The piping has been strengthened according to the test requirement 7.5.2.7 For the piping transporting lethal fluid and that with design pressure greater than or equal to TOMPa the following materials have been rechecked by the project undertaking unit (1) Quality certificates of piping components 2). Examination or testing records of piping components (3). Processing records of pipes (4) Records of weld examination and heat-treatment (5) Documents of design changes and material substitutes 7.5.28 The piping to be tested has been separated from unrelated systems by use of blind flanges or other measures 7.5.2.9 The safety valve , blasting plate and instrument elements on the piping to be tested have been dismantled or isolated 752.10 752.11 7.52.12 The testing scheme has been approved and its technical intentions have been confided 7.53 The liquid pressure test shall comply with the following stipulations : 7.53.1 The liquid pressure test shall use the clean water , when the austenitic stainless steel piping or the piping connected with the austenitic stainless steel piping or equipment is tested , the chlorine ion content in water must not exceed 2510 to the power -6 (25pm) . When the combustible material medium is used for testing , its flash point shall not be lower than SOdeg.C . 7.53.2 Before testing , the air shall be thoroughly exhausted during filling of the liquid . 7.5.3.3 During testing , the ambient temperature shall not be lower than Sdeg.C 7.5.3.4 During testing , the testing temperature shall be measured , and the testing temperature of the material is prohibited to approach the brittleness transition temperature 7.53.5 The testing pressure of the above-ground stee! piping and the non-ferrous metallic piping shall be 1.5 times the design pressure , and that of the buried steel piping shall be 1.5 times the design pressure and also not less than 0.4MPa 7.53.6 When the piping and the equipment are tested as one system , it shall be tested according to the piping testing pressure when the piping testing pressure is less than or equal to the equipment testing pressure + when the piping testing pressure is greater than the equipment testing pressure and the equipment testing pressure is not lower than 1.15 times the piping design pressure , with the consent of the project Undertaking unt the test may be conducted according to the equipment testing pressure 7533.7 When the design temperature of the piping is higher than the testing temperature , the testing pressure shall be calculated by the following formula, Pse1.5 P [sigma]: / [sigma]: (75.3) testing pressure (gage pressure) (MPa) ; where PS P---design pressure (gage pressure) (MPa) ; [sigma}i-—permissible stress of material under testing temperature (MPa) ; {sigma}p—permissible stress of material under design temperature (MPa) When (sigma}t / [sigma]? is greater than 6.5 , take 6.5 . 3 When under the testing temperature , Ps produces the stress exceeding the yielding strength , the testing, pressure Ps shall be lowered to the maximum pressure which would not exceed the yielding strength 7.5.3.8 The testing pressure of the buried cast iron piping exerting the internal pressure shall be 2 times the design pressure when the design pressure is lower than or equal to 0.SMPa and shall be the design pressure plus 0.SMPa 7.5.3.9 The piping with comparatively large position difference shall have the static pressure of the testing medium calculated in the testing pressure . The testing pressure of the liquid piping shall take the highest point pressure as the basis , but the lowest point pressure must not exceed the bearing capacity of the piping components 7.53.10 The testing pressure of the piping exerting the external pressure shall be 1.5 times the difference of the internal and external pressures and also not less than 0.2MPa 7.5.3.1] The testing pressure of the inner pipe for the jacketed pipe shall be determined according to the higher of the internal pressure or the external pressure . The testing pressure of the outer pipe for the jacketed pipe shall conform to the stipulation of Clause 7.5.3. 7.53.12 The liquid pressure test shall have the pressure slowly raised , the pressure shall be kept stable for 10min, , then the testing pressure is lowered to the design pressure and stopped for 30min. and it is qualified when there are no pressure drop and no leak. 7.53.13 After the test is finished , the blind flanges and the position limiting device for the expansion joint shall be duly dismantled and the left-over liquid shall be completely drained .During draining of the liquid ,the formation of negative pressure shall be prevented , and the liquid must not be drained over the ground at random 7.5.3.14 When the leak is discovered in the process of testing , it must not be treated with live pressure After the defect is eliminated , the test shall be conducted again . 7.5.4 The gas pressure test shall comply with the following stipulations 7.54.1 The testing pressure of the steel piping and the non-ferrous metallic piping exerting the internal pressure shall be 1.15 times the design pressure and that of the vacuum piping shall be 0.2MPa . When the design pressure of the piping is greater than 0,6MPa , the pressure test can be conducted with the gas only when it tnust have the stipulation of the design document or after the consent of the project undertaking unit . 7.5.42 The testing pressure is prohibited to approach the brittleness transition temperature of the metal 7.5.4.3 Before the test, the air must be used for pretesting , and the testing pressure may be 0.2MPa 7.5.4.4 During testing , the pressure shall be raised step by step and slowly , when the pressure rises to 50% of the testing pressure , if no abnormality or leak is found , the pressure is continued to be raised by steps of 10% of the testing pressure , and each step has the pressure stabilized for 10min, until up to the testing pressure ‘The pressure is stabilized for 10min. , then the pressure is lowered to the design pressure , and the pressure stoppage time shall be determined by the need of the leak check work . It is qualified if no leak is detected withthe foaming agent 75.5°The piping transporting lethal fluid , toxic fluid and combustible liquid must have the leakage test conducted. The leakage test shall be proceeded according to the following stipulations : 7.5.5.1 The leakage test shall be proceeded after the pressure test being qualified and the testing medium may use the air. 7.5.5.2 The pressure for the leakage test shall be the design pressure . 7.55.3 The leakage test may be proveeded in combination withthe tral run work . 75.54 The leakage test shall have the key examination on the valve packing boxes , flanges or screwed connections , vent valves , exhaust valves drain valves , ete. They are qualified if no leak is detected with the foaming agent 7555 The piping having been qualified for the gas pressure test and having not been dismantled after 2 testing may not be tested for leakage . 7.5.6 The vacuum system after being qualified for the pressure test shall further have the 24h vacuurn-tightness test conducted according to the stipulation of the design document and the pressure-increase ratio shall not be greater than 5% 7.5.1 When the design document stipulates that the leakage test is conducted with the halogen , helium , ammonia cr other methods , they shall be proceeded according to the corresponding technical regulations 8 Blow-down and cleaning of piping 8.1 General provision 8.1.1 Afier the piping is qualified for the pressure , the project undertaking unit shall be responsible for the organization of the blow-down and cleaning (simply referred to as blowing ) work , and the blowing set shall be compiled before blowing §.1.2 The blowing method shall be determined on the basis of usage requirement , working medium and filthiness of piping internal surface . The liquid or gas piping with nominal diameter greater than or equal to 600mm may use the manual clearing-off ; the liquid piping with nominal diameter less than 600mm may be flushed with water ; the gas piping with nominal diameter less than 600mm may be blown with air ; the steam piping shall be blown with steam ; and the non-thermal piping must not be blown with steam ‘The piping with special requirement shall use the appropriate blowing method in accordance with the stipulation ofthe design document 8.1.3 The equipment and piping not allowed to be blown shall be isolated from the blowing system 8.1.4 The piping before blowing shall not have orifice plate flange-connected regulating valve , important valve , throttle valve , safety valve , instrument , etc, installed . For the welded above-mentioned valves and instruments , the protective measures such as by-pass for flowing through or valves detached and adding of protective covers for valve seats , etc. shall be adopted 8.1.5 The sequence of blowing shall be proceeded according to the main pipe , branch pipe and drainage pipe in sequence , and the dirt blown out must not enter the qualified piping . 8.1.6 Before blowing , the firmness of the supports and hangers forthe piping shall be examined , and they shall be strengthened if necessary 8.1.7 The dirty liquid cleaned out and drained must not pollute the environment and is prohibited to be drained at random . 8.1.8 The prohibition zone shall be established during blowing 8.1.9 When the steam is blown , no combustible substances must be placed on the piping and its nearby 8.1.10 After the pipe inside cleanness must be conducted again 8.1.11 When the piping recovers the original state , the construction unit shall jointly inspect with the project ing is qualified for blowing and recovers the original state , no other operations affecting the undertaking unit and shall fll in the “ Blow-down and cleaning record of piping system” and “Record of concealed work (sealing)” according to the format stipulated by Clauses A.0.9 and A.0.4 in Appendix A of this code 8.2 Flushing with water 8.2.1 Flushing of the piping shall use the clean water , and when the austenitic stainless steel piping is flushed , the chlorine ion content in the water must not exceed 25*10 to the power -6 (25ppm ) 8.2.2 During flushing the maximum flow speed may be used and the flow speed must not be less than J.5m/s 33 5.2.3 ‘The draining water shall be led to the reliable drainage well or the trench and the sectional area of the drain pipe must not be less than 60% of that of the flushing pipe . During draining, no negative pressure must be formed §.24 The drain branch pipes for the piping shall all be flushed 8.2.5 Flushing with water shall be continuously proceeded and the consistency of water color and transparency at the exit and of that at the entrance indicates the qualification §.2.6 When the piping after being qualified for flushing with water is temporarily not operated , the water shall be drained away and shall be duly blown to dryness 83 Blow-down with air they 83.1 Blowing with air shall utilize the large compressor of the production plant and may also utilize the larg large vessel to store air for proceeding the intermittent blowing .The blowing pressure must not exe exceed the design pressure of vessel and piping and the flow speed may not be smaller than 30mm/s . §.3.28.3.2 When the oil-phobie piping is blown , the air must not contain oil §.3.28.3.3 In the process of blowing with air , when no smoke and dust are detected by eye estintation , the wooden target board stuck with white cloth or coated with white paint shall be set up atthe air discharge port , and the piping is qualified when there are no rust, dust , moisture and other impurities on the target board in Smin. 8.4 Blow-down with steam 8.4.1 The temporary piping installed for blowing with air shall be installed according to the technical requirement of the steam piping and the installation quality shall conform to the stipulation of this code 8.4.2 The steam piping shall be blown with large flow rate of steam and the flow speed shall not be lower than 30mvs 8.43 Before blowing with steam , the piping shall be first warmed and have water duly drained , and the thermal displacement of the piping shall be inspected £.44 Blowing with steam shall be proceeded in circulation according to the sequence of heating---coolin reheating . During blowing,, the method of one piping blown at each time and piping blown in turn . 8.45 The steam piping leading to the steam turbine or stipulated by the design document shall be examined with the target sheet after being blown with steam . Chemical cleaning 8.5.1 For the piping needing chemical cleaning , its scope and quality requirement shall conform to the stipulation of the design document 4 8.5.2 When the piping is under chemical cleaning, it shall be isolated from the unrelated equipment 8.5.3 The prescription of the chemical cleaning solution must have been appraised and been used in the production plant, and it has been proved to be effective and reliable through practice .. 8.5.4 During chemical cleaning , the operating personnel shall wear the special-purpose protective clothing , and they shall wear such protective implements as goggles , gas masks , ete. in accordance with the harm of the cleaning solution on human body 8.55 The chemically cleaned and qualified piping , when it cannot be duly put into operation , shall be sealed or be protected by filing with nitrogen 8.5.6 The disposal and discharge of the waste liquid after chemical cleaning shall conform to the stipulation of the environmental protection 8.6 Oil cleaning 8.6.1 The lubricating , sealing and controlling oil piping shall be cleaned with oil after machinery and piping, bbeing qualified for pickling and before the system operation . The stainless stee! piping may be cleaned with oil after being cleaned with steam blowing 8.6.2 Oil cleaning shall be proceeded with the mode of oil circulation , in the process of circulation , the oil temperature shall be repeatedly raised and lowered by 2~3 times in the range of 40~7Odeg,C , and the filter cartridge shall be duly cleaned or replaced 8.6.3 When the design document or the manufacturer has no requirement , the piping after oil cleaning shall use the filter screen for examination , and the qualification criteria shall conform to the stipulation of Tab. 8.6.3 Qualification criteria for oil cleaning. Before trial operation , the working oil with the qualification certificate shall be used 9 Painting of piping 9.0.1 Painting of the piping and its hea-insulation protective layer shall conform to the stipulations of this chapter and the current national standard “Code for construction and acceptance of corrosion-proof works for industrial equipment and piping “ 9.0.2 The coating shall have the manufacturer's quality certificate 9.0.3 The non-ferrous metallic piping , stainless steel piping , galvanized steel piping , galvanized iron sheet and aluminium sheet protective layers may not be painted . 9.04 The weld and its marker before the pressure test shall not be painted 9.0.5 The position of the piping not easily to be painted after installation shall be painted in advance 9.0.6 Before painting , the surface to be painted shall have such dirty substances as rust , weld slag , burrs , oil water, etc. cleared off. 9.0.7 Category and color of the coating and number of coats and marker shall conform to the stipulations of the 35 design document 6.0.8 The construction of painting may be proceeded under the ambient temperature of 15~30 deg.C, and shall have appropriate fire-prevention , anti-freeze and rain proof measures 9.0.9 The quality of the coat shall conform to the following requirement 9.0.9.1 The coat shall be uniform and have consistent color 9.0.9.2 The paint film shall be firmly adhered and have no defects of peeling , wrinkle , air pocket , pinprick , ete 9.0.9.3 The coat shall be intact and have no damage and fluidization . 9.0.9.4 The coat thickness shall conform to the stipulation of the design document 6.0.9.5 When the color ring is painted , the spacing shall be uniform and the width consistent 10 Heatinsulation of piping 10.0.) The construction and quality requirement of heat-insulating works for the piping shall conform to the stipulations of this code and the current national standard “Code for construction and acceptance of heat- insulating works for industrial equipment and piping “. 10.0.2 The construction of heat-insulating works for the piping shall be proceeded after painting of the ping being qualified . Before construction , the outer surface of the piping shall be kept clean and dry . The construction in winter and rainy season shall have anti-freeze and rainy- and snow-proof measures 10.0.3 The materials for heat-insulating works of piping shall have the manufacturers’ quality certificates or the ‘analysis and examination reports , and the category ,specification and property shall conform to the stipulations of the design document . 10.0.4 The construction of heat -insulating layer for the piping , besides the steam tracer , shall be conducted by cone piping at atime 10.0.5 The piping needed to be blown with steam may be constructed for heat-insulation after blowing 11 Hand-over acceptance of works 11.0.1 When the construction unit has completed the whole engineering project according to the scope stipulated by the contrac, it shall duly conduct the hand-over procedures with the project undertaking unit 11.0.2 Before the hand-over acceptance of the works , the project undertaking unit shall inspect the industrial metallic piping and affirm the following contents 11.0.2.1 The scope and contents of construction conform to the stipulation of the contract . 11,0.2.2 The engineering quality conforms to the stipulations of the design document and this code 11.0 Before the hand-over acceptance of the works , the construction unit shall submit to the project undertaking unit the following technical documents 11.0.3.1 The quality certificates or the reexamination or supplementary examination reports of the piping components and pipe-supporting elements 11.0.3.2 The construction records and testing reports (1) Testing records of valves (2). Processing records of high-pressure pipe fittings 3) Revords (sealing ) of concealed works . (4). Records for final shake-down test of safety valves (5) Installation records of compensation devices for piping . 36 (6). Reports of heat-treatment (7) Records of pressure tests for piping systems (8) Records of blow-down and cleaning for piping systems (9) Reports of radiographic examination (20) Reports of supersonic examination (11) Reports of magnetic powder examination (12) Reports of penetration examination (13) Reports of other examination 11,0.3.3 Documents of design changes and reports of material substitutes 11.0.3.4 For the piping required to have 100% radiographic examination ; the weld position , weld numbering , welder code name , non-destructive examination method , weld mended position and heat-treated weld Joint numbering shall be marked out on the isometric diagram .
