 OBJECTIVE

To provide a high quality, full-service car wash which will include complete car
detailing, restaurant, and gift shop so that customers will perceive great value and give
them the opportunity to have an enjoyable meal while their car is being washed or
detailed.

MISSION

We make it possible for our vehicle wash costumers to develop a profitable

business by providing them with life cycle washing solution.

REASON WHY NEED SUPPORT

Taking a shower is something that most Filipinos love to do. A good number of us
like to take a bath probably because of two things: we want to relieve the tension
brought upon by the tropical weather; and we want to eliminate dirt from our bodies. We
bet that most Pinoy can’t bear an oily skin.

The concept behind practicing good body hygiene can also be applied in keeping
your car clean. Regular car wash can do wonders for your car, which is why you should
visit a car wash service station or clean your car by yourself at least once a week.

PROBLEM TO ADDRESSED

One of the most common issues caused by car washes scratches. Machines that
use brushes to scrub your vehicle are rougher than if you were to wipe it down by hand.

PROBLEM TO SOLVE

Unfortunately, the best solution is to stop going through car washes. Even well kept
businesses have difficulty controlling what types of debris stay on their machine.
PROJECT SIGNIFICANT

The Car Wash Study performed was designed to find out how much water people
accidentally ingest when they wash a car with a high pressure spray. The specific
objective of the project was to measure inadvertent water ingestion during washing of a
hard surface using a high pressure device. This activity was chosen because of
relevance to water reuse in both domestic and occupational contexts, and because it
involves relatively high intensity exposure likely to result in ingestion of measurable
volumes of water.

GOALS

Our goals is establish a client base of 60 customers a day by the end of the year.
Steady increase of profit throughout the first year. Increasing by 5% each month.

ACTION PLAN

So this months insist on quality insist on an installation or quality report. Ask for
this and give your supplier a chance to show you what their capabilities really are. Get
the service you are paying for when you buy your chemicals and arm yourself with the
knowledge. Any supplier can come after a quality install and save money by lowering
the strength, color, fragrance and foam.

Will you notice? Maybe or maybe not immediately. If you have a record of the
history of these types of settings, you will make much better decisions about which
suppliers to but from.

Remember using 3 ounces of a 5 gallon product is not cheaper than using 1 ounce of a
10 gallon product especially if the 10 per gallon at this usage differential gives higher
quality, The easiest way to get cheated is to buy these products without the proper
background on how much is being applied and at what resulting quality.

TIME ELEMENT

Of course we want to provide 24 hours service so, we will find people that really
work at night. We'll people like squad in the day and another squad in the night so,
every time there's someone who needs help there's our personnel right away to help
them.

Keeping your car clean with consistent washes is good place to start. Many people find
that they don’t have the time in their busy lives, to clean their car regularly. As it turns
out, getting your car washed by a professional is much more advisable practice. It is
better for the environment as well as your vehicle.
