The PDP 2017- 2022, will lay down an international commitments,specifically the 2030 sustainable

development goals. This will highlight 3 major pillars of the PDP Malasakit as it will enhance the social
fabric, “Pagbabago” on inequality-reducing transformation and“Patuloy nap ag-unlad” for Philippines
increasing growth potential to enable all Filipinos to attain a “metatag, maginhawa at panatag na
buhay”.

 Good governance
 A high-trust and resilient society in ensuring people-centered, clean, efficient and transparent
governance. Then, pursue swift and fair administration of justice for the Filipino people to
promote unity in diverse culture and cumulative heritage of values of Filipino people.
 Social development/corruption
 By these agendas, the current plan of the government s to trim down poverty rate from
21.6%(2015) to 14.0% by the year of 2022. As it was stated on their plan, the government
perceive about 6 million Filipino people will be lifted from poverty. They explicitly give attention
to the agricultural sector from their regional lagging poverty incidence and inequality. By these,
the government engage in expanding economic opportunities, particularly of economic groups
that used to intervene behind, growth will be felt on the ground regionally to accelerate human
capital development. Also to develop commanding acceleration in major activities and strategies
for knowledge economy and full harvest of demographic dividend. The advancement of
technological adoption will was promoted for the social safety and Filipino families can be
adequately cared for.

2. Environmental composting benefits the entire planet on either biotic or the living organism and the a
biotic factors like ambient temperature, pH of the water soil in which an organism lives.

a. In the Philippines we suffer from major human-caused environmental degradation worsen by the
constant population rate, the expanding city that includes loss of agricultural lands, deforestation, soil
erosion, air and water population, improper waste disposal of solid and toxic segregation, loss of coral
reefs, mismanagement and coastal areas
