Dasha 09 AMENONENE W AFFRAION REGULATION 7011. docy Ue Bihar School Examination Board Affiliation (Higher Secondary) (Amendment) Regulation, 2016 In exercise of power conferred under Section 17 of the Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952 (as amended from time to time) The Bihar School Examination Board, Patna is hereby make the following regulations to amend The Bihar School Examination Board Affiliation (Senior Secondary) Regulation, 2011 subject to the confirmation of the Administration Department, the previous publication of which has been made under section 17 of the Act and any objection has not been received within thirty days from the date of its publication 1. Short title extent and commencement :~ (These Regulation shall be called Bihar Schoo! Examination Board Affiliation (Higher Secondary) (Amendment) Regulation. 2016. (ii) I shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (iii) These Regulation shall come into force from the date of notification. 2. Amendment in Regulation-14 (5) of the said Regulation, 2011 =~ (1) Subregulation (3) of Regulation 14 of the said Regulation, 2011 shall be substituted by the following = (5) Committee of Affiliation ;- A committee of affiliation shall be constituted by the Board for granting and withdrawing affiliation of Secondary and Senior Secondary School established by Non-government Oraganizations. The committee shall consist of following =~ (i) Chairman of the Board. (ii) Director (Secondary Education), Education Department, Bihar (iii) Secretary, Bihar Schoo! Examination Board. (iv) A person to be nominated by Board. The Chairman of the Board shall function as the Chairman of the committee and the Secretary of the Board shall function as Secretary of the Affiliation Committee When the Board is superseded under Section 10 A of Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952, the Administrator appointed by notification for carrying out the function of the Board shall function as Chairman of the Committee.
