The Book Of John John 3:31-34

He Who comes from above is above all. He Who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in
an earthly way. He Who comes from heaven is above all. He bears witness to what He has seen and
heard, yet no one receives His testimony. Whoever receives His testimony sets His seal to this, that
God is true. For He whom God has sent utters the words of God, for He gives the Spirit without
measure.

There’s a Word for that! Cast

Don’t you love the intimacy David had with God? Let us seek to be a “man after God’s own heart”

as David learned to pray like he did. Go to the Psalms for the whole spectrum of emotions. Long for
His presence through the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 51:11– Cast me not away from Your presence and take not Your Holy Spirit from me.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We love you and we want to be like David. When
he sinned, he came before you and asked that Your
presence be always with Him and that You do not

take Your Holy Spirit from him. O Lord, cast us not

away from Your presence and take not your Holy
Spirit from us. We long to repent quickly and to
bless you. The chief end of man is to glorify You and
enjoy you forever. That is our hope. Thank You Lord
