Corporate Education at Fibre Federal Credit Union qualifies me for the position.

I anticipate receiving my bachelor’s degree at the end of 2019. My degree will be in Business
Management with a focus of innovation and change. My education has helped me sharpen my skillset
in strategic management, leadership, and effectively managing and embracing change in an
organization.

I have been employed with Fibre Federal Credit Union for twenty years and have had the opportunity to
work in several departments which has given me a wide range of knowledge. My current position as the
Corporate Education Manager has allowed me to create thorough and well developed training programs
to ensure our staff will be successful in their positions. I am also part of Human Resources so I stay
current on legal issues, policies, employee engagement, and more.

In addition to being qualified for the position, working to develop and coach people to align with the
credit union’s organizational strategy is my passion. I love to create programs to help employees thrive
and see strategic vision turn into reality.

I am a person of high moral standards and ethics which is crucial for this position. I have an
extraordinary work ethic and am confident have the talent needed to be successful in this position.
