- Arrange the objects on the desk

- let 2 students from each groups gather around to look at them.

- Cover everything with a sheet (or something similar) after one minute and send everyone
back to their seats.

- The students should write out as many items as they can remember on a piece of paper,
all in English.

HOT SEAT:
- Divide students into teams.

- Get the first team member to sit on the “HOT SEAT” and make sure he/ she has his/ her
back to the board and facing to their group members.

- Show his/ her group members a card.

- His/ her group members must describe the word to the student with his / her back to the
board without actually saying the word itself.

- The students still cannot say ‘yes’ or ‘no’.

- He/ she will guess the word and write it onto the provided sheet.

1. Divide the students into groups.


2. One of the students will come to the teacher and get a “word”.
3. He/ she will go back to their group the group members will ask him/ her the questions to
get the clues of the word.
4. He/ she only can answer them with the word YES or No.
5. Then the group members will guess the word and write it onto the provided sheet.

CHINESE WHISPERS

- Divide the class into groups.


- get them to stand in a line and give the first person a piece of paper with a sentence/
phrase written on it.

- they then have to whisper it to the next person and so on.

- The winning team is the one who gets closest to the original phrase in the quickest time.
