Greetings in pursuit of academic excellence!

I, (NAME), a student taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering would like to request
your good office to offer this Off Semester 2019 subject/s (lahi2 letter per subj, isa sa mecha isa
sa dyna).

(STATE REASONS, nabagsak mecha/dyna or statics then chuchu bels). I am hoping that you
can grant my request.

If fortunately approved, the action would benefit us the following:

(a) The aforementioned subject/s are prerequisite to other subjects. Taking this off
semester in hoping that I can pass the subject can enable me to take
(CE 413) Theory 1, (CE 320) Fluid Mechanics, (CE 412) Soil Mechanics for the next
semester.
(b) Completing it this of semester would give us the opportunities to cope us with other
subjects lest is affected with Maximum Retention Policy.
