    TENDER NOTICE.

    Pakistan Medical & Dental Council invites sealed bids/quotations on single stage two envelopes bidding
    process from the firms of well repute for the supply of PVC Plastic Cards (Specifications mentioned in the
    tender documents). Firms who are registered with income tax and sates tax departments and are on active
    taxpayers list of FBR can submitlheir bids/quotations.
    Bid documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the office address given below
    dunng the working hours on payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) non refundable.
    The bids/quotations, prepared in accordance with the instructions mentioned in .the bidding documents
    must reach at PM&DG office onor before 12th September, 201 9 at 11 :00 am. Bids will be opened on the
    same day at 11 :30 a.m. The bidders are welcome to attend.
    Bid secunty must be attachedatthe rate of5% of the total quoted price in shape of bank dralVPay order
    issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Pakistan Medical & Dental Gouncillslamabad.
