The company started the operations for the year 2008-2009 with the growth rate of 8% but registered 3%
less in last 2 quarter of financial year. The bank has approved for term loan of 3.5 crores and will be
received by July 31.

The trial products of ROSIE are completed and commercial products will start by 5 September 2010.

According to the market research, the due current situation is not suitable for new product launch. After
re-survey the product will be launched.

Subject- Review meeting on worker strike

The company will conduct a meeting of HR Managers and workers on 19th June at 3 pm to resolve the
issue of workers who are on strike for the last 3 months. It is important for every worker to attend the
meeting. Inability to attend meeting, will lead to penalty and strict action IAC 37’.

3. Incorrect self-appraisal.

4. Negative feedback was given by the representation of trade union.

* Effective measures can be taken as –

1. Counsellors should be appointed to counsel and orient them towards company’s policies and others.

2. Funds should be allocated for counsellor’s salaries and training programs and refreshment.
