BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Sport is commonly recognized as a competitive and of skillful physical activity through casual or
organized participation from different places, aim at expressing or improving an individual to
develop and strengthen their physical ability, skills, mental wellbeing and as well as forming
social relationship to others. It also provides enjoyment and entertainment to participants and
to the spectators who are watching. It is well known that sport and physical activity is important
for medical health and subjective to well-being that provides sort of benefit to the general
public or thereby functions as a kind of social good. Sport is not only means of increasing the
health of an individual but also an effective way of promoting public health and preventing
disease across the population. Engaging into sport is one way of being active physically, an
individual who do sport are more likely to meet the recommendations for physical activity
related to health than those who are not active in sports.
