Candidates will be allowed to appear in the examination only with the ‘ORIGINAL PHOTO ID’

1. Candidates are advised to locate their exam centre and its accessibility at least a day
before the exam so that they can reach the venue on time on the day of the exam.
2. Candidates should report at the venue of the examination well in advance of the
reporting time indicated on the e-Call Letter to complete activities such as verification
of the candidate, capture of biometric and photo, collection of documents,
announcement of instructions and logging in etc.
3. Candidates to note the following timings. The duration of CBT will be 120 minutes for
150 questions.

4. No candidate will be allowed inside the exam centre after gate closing time for the
date and shift indicated in the e-Call Letter.
5. Candidates are allowed only with proper /decent dress and will not be allowed with
shoes to the examination hall.
6. The e-Call Letter is to be submitted for verification at the time of the exam. At least
one original and valid photo identification card (i.e. not photocopied or scanned or
expired) such as Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar(not Xerox copy of
Aadhaar card), Driving License, PAN card, Passport, Identity Card issued by the
employer in case the candidate is a Govt. Employee, College / University Photo ID card
, failing which he/she will not be permitted in the exam. Xerox copy of the Original ID
proof will not be allowed.
7. Please affix Passport size (3.5cm X 4.5cm) Colour Photograph in the space provided
on the RRB portion of the e-Call Letter. The photo should be same as that was
uploaded at the time of online application.
8. This e-Call Letter is valid only for the exam date, shift and time as specified thereon.
9. Banned items/electronic gadgets such as Mobile phones, pager, watches, Bluetooth
enabled devices, calculators, metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets etc. are NOT
ALLOWED inside the exam Centre.
10. There is no facility for safe-keeping of personal belongings of candidates outside the
examination hall and RRBs/Service Providers are not responsible for its loss. Only e-
Call Letter and Photo ID card in original will be allowed inside the exam hall.
11. Candidate should not carry any Pen/ Pencil inside the exam Centre. Pen will be
provided to the candidates during the Exam.
12. The sequence number mentioned in the e-Call letter of the candidate is used for
locating the lab. The candidate should use his Roll Number only for the login.
13. Candidates are required to write the paragraph displayed on the screen after login in
the space provided in the e-Call Letter in running handwriting(not in capital letters).
14. Question Paper will be displayed in the language opted by the candidate in the online
application, English being the default language. In case of any difference/
discrepancy/dispute in the Question content between English and the opted language,
the content of English version shall prevail.
15. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. For every wrong answer, 1/3rd
mark will be deducted.
16. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall, till the completion of
duration (120 minutes) of CBT.
17. Candidates should not write anything in any portion of the e-Call Letter. Any deviation
to this will be treated as malpractice.
18. Candidate should write his/her Name and Roll Number on the Rough sheet(s) provided
for rough work. Candidates should not write anything else on the rough sheets
provided before commencement of examination. The Rough sheet(s) will have to be
returned after the exam. Any deviation to this will be treated as malpractice.
19. The mock test link is available on the website of RRBs. Use this link to familiarize
yourself on how to view/answer questions on the exam day.
20. Indulging in any type of malpractice /unfair means/Misbehavior/indiscipline in the
Examination Hall /impersonation will disqualify the candidate. He/She will be debarred
from all Future RRB Examinations & Appointment in Railways. FIR will be lodged with
local police authorities.
21. Candidate needs to make his/her own travel and stay arrangements for attending the
exam.
22. The e-Call Letter is provisional and subject to the condition that the candidate has
fulfilled all the eligibility conditions like academic qualification, category, PwBD status
etc. as mentioned in his/her online application which is subject to verification in the
consecutive stages of the selection process.
23. Special instructions, if any, given by the Invigilator should be followed strictly.
24. Change of date/shift/centre of examination is not permitted under any circumstances.
25. Mere issue of e-Call Letter does not confer any right to be eligible for the post. The
candidature is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of
recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency is noticed.
26. RRB reserves the right to order re-examination for any or all the candidates.
27. Decision of the RRB in all the matters will be final and binding on the candidates.

जाएगी।
5. उ मीदवार को केवल उ चत / स य पोशाक के साथ अनुम त द जाएगी और परी ा हॉल म जूत के साथ अनुम त
नह द जाएगी।
6. परी ा के समय इ-कॉल लेटर को स यापन हेतु जमा करना होगा। कम से कम एक मूल और मा य फोटो पहचान प
(यानी फोटोकॉपी या कैन या गतव धक नह ) जैसे मतदाता काड, आधार काड, ई-आधार का टआउट, ाइ वग
लाइसस, पैन काड, पासपोट, नयो ा ारा जारी पहचान प य द उ मीदवार सरकारी कमचारी है। कमचारी, कॉलेज /
व व ालय फोटो आईडी काड, जसे ना तुत करने पर परी ा म अनुम त नह द जाएगी। मूल ID माण क
फोटोकॉपी क अनुम त नह द जाएगी।
7. कृपया पासपोट आकार क (3.5 सेमी X4.5 सेमी) रंगीन तसवीर ई-कॉल प के आरआरबी ह से पर दान क गई
जगह म संल न कर। वही तसवीर होनी चा हए जैसा क ऑनलाइन आवेदन के समय अपलोड कया गया था।
8. यह ई-कॉल प केवल परी ा क तारीख, श ट और उस न द समय के लए ही मा य है।
9. तबं धत आइटम / इले ॉ नक गैजेट जैसे मोबाइल फोन, पेजस, घ ड़याँ, लूटूथ स म डवाइस, कैलकुलेटर, पहनने

10. परी ा क के बाहर उ मीदवार के नजी सामान को सुर त रखने के लए कोई सु वधा नह है और आरआरबी /
सेवा दाता इसके नुकसान के लए ज़ मेदार नह ह। परी ा हॉल म केवल मूल ई-कॉल लेटर और फोटो आईडी काड
क अनुम त होगी।
11. उ मीदवार को टे ट सटर के अंदर कोई पेन / प सल नह ले जाना चा हए। परी ा के दौरान उ मीदवार को पेन दान
कया जाएगा।
12. बैठने क व था के लए उ मीदवार के ई-कॉल प म उ ल खत अनु म सं या का उपयोग कया जाता है।
उ मीदवार केवल लॉ गन के लए अपने रोल नंबर का उपयोग कर सकते ह।
13. उ मीदवार को लॉ गन करने के बाद न पर द शत पैरा ाफ को ई-कॉल लेटर पर अपनी चल ह तलेख (बड़े
अ र म नह ) म लखना होगा।
14. ऑनलाइन आवेदन म उ मीदवार ारा चुने गए भाषा म प द शत कया जाएगा, जहाँ अं ेजी डफ़ॉ ट भाषा है।
अं ेजी और चय नत भाषा के बीच साम ी म कसी भी तरह के अंतर / वसंग त / ववाद के मामले म, अं ेजी
सं करण क साम ी बल होगी।
15. गलत उ र के लए नकारा मक अंकन होगा। येक गलत उ र के लए 1/3 अंक काटा जाएगा।
16. उ मीदवार को CBT क अव ध पूरी होने तक (120 मनट) परी ा हॉल छोड़ने क अनुम त नह द जाएगी।
17. उ मीदवार को ई-कॉल लेटर के आगे और पीछे कुछ भी नह लखना चा हए। इससे कसी भी वचलन को कदाचार
माना जाएगा।
18. उ मीदवार को अपना नाम और रोल नंबर रफ काय के लए दान क गई रफ शीट पर लखना चा हए। अ य थय को
परी ा शु होने से पहले दान क गई रफशीट पर कुछ भी नह लखना चा हए। परी ण के बाद रफ शीट वापस
करनी ह गी। इससे कसी भी वचलन को कदाचार माना जाएगा।
19. मॉक परी ण लक आरआरबी क वेबसाइट पर उपल ध है। परी ा के दन पर को दे खने / जवाब दे ने के तरीके
पर वयं को प र चत करने के लए इस लक का उपयोग कर।
20. परी ा हॉल / त पण म कसी भी तरह के कदाचार / अनु चत साधन / वहार / अनुशासन म शा मल होने से
उ मीदवार को अयो य घो षत कर दया जाएगा और उसे रेलवे म सभी भ व य आरआरबी परी ा और नयु से
वं चत कर दया जाएगा। थानीय पु लस अ धका रय के साथ एफ.आई.आर दज क जाएगी।
21. उ मीदवार को परी ा हेतु या ा और कने क व था वयं करनी होगी।
22. ई-कॉल प अ थायी है और इस शत के अधीन है क उ मीदवार ने शै णक यो यता, ेणी, PwBD थ त आ द जैसी
सभी पा ता शत को पूरा कया है, जैसा क उसके ऑनलाइन आवेदन म उ ल खत है जो नरंतर चरण म स यापन
के चयन या के अधीन है।
23. नरी क ारा दए गए वशेष नदश, अगर कोई हो, उ ह कड़ाई से पालन कया जाना चा हए।
24. कसी भी प र थ त म परी ा क त थ/ श ट / परी ा क म बदलाव क अनुम त नह होगी।
25. ई-कॉल लेटर, मु ा पद के लए पा होने का कोई अ धकार नह दान करता है। उ मीदवारी पूरी तरह से अ थायी है
और भत के कसी भी चरण म या उसके बाद कसी भी असंगतता के मामले म र करने के लए उ रदायी है।
26. आरआरबी कसी भी या सभी उ मीदवार के लए पुनः परी ा दे ने का अ धकार सुर त रखता है।
27. सभी मामल म आरआरबी का नणय उ मीदवार पर अं तम और बा यकारी होगा।
