Objectives: This report describes the process in which we collected water sample for testing different

characteristics of water.

Time: Around 11:00 AM.

Date: Friday, May 10, 2019.

Weather Condition: The day was sunny. The weather was quite hot. Temperature was 36o C/ 96oF.
Humidity was 54%.

Nature of water source: Ground Water.

Type of sampling: Grab sampling.

Water Sample Collection Procedure:
 We carefully clean and disinfect the inside and
outside of the tap.
  Then, kept the tap open for 2-3 minutes until the water temperature has stabilized.

 Then, we turned off the tap and sterilized the spout by heating it with a candle until any water in
the tap boils.

 We also took care not to allow the container to touch the tap.
 Then, we took a water sample with the sample container.
