1. Why do some people view a particular thing or situation differently?

Maybe they have a lot of perspectives and ways in dealing with the
situation where it serves as a big factor why they view a scenario differently
compared to our perspectives. The way they’re nourished also affects their
views because for example, in our perspective the way we deal with the
situation is acceptable meanwhile it is not acceptable to them because of
their norms or beliefs that they used to believe since they were young.

2. How can we make diversity in cultural orientations work towards

attainment of a united and progressive nation?
If we all accept and respect the cultural differences, I guess there will
be a foundation for a progressive nation especially if we let everyone
contribute for the benefit of our country. Since everyone has no limit on what
they can contribute for the country and cultural differences isn’t a hindrance,
for sure there’s a possibility that we can create a progressive yet united
nation. However, we can only achieve that if we will deepen our
understanding to different cultures and beliefs and utilize everyone’s
potential despite of the difference.
