HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT

With Bar $400.00 (can be run by HCA member upon request)

‘Morning Rental of Hall - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. $ 25.00
‘Afternoon Rental of Hall - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. $ 25.00
Evening Rental of Hall 5:00 p.m. to 12:00.a.m. $125.00
Concession Rental for the day: $200.00

Clean-Up Fee for Hall, Grounds and/or Concession $100.00 Refundable after Inspection

Outdoor Receptacles for the day: $25.00 each
Table Rentals: $10.00 each
Damage Deposit for Table Rentals $70.00 (depending on damage, additional costs will be charged to
renter).
HALL RENTAL, UNLESS SPECIFIED, STARTS AND ENDS ON DAY OR DAYS OF AGREEMENT
We agree to the terms and conditions of the Hixon Community Association’s Rental Agreement and
accept all iabilities during the event. Any event that is not H.C.A. sponsored must supply own insurance and
have it on hand during the event. Please add the Hixon Community Association and Fraser-Fort George
Regional District to the insurance policy as additional insurers.
Concession and kitchen supplies are the responsibilities of the group renting the hall unless otherwise
agreed. Toilet paper, soap, paper towels and garage bags will be provided by the H.C.A. We ask that you are
aware of the No Blocking of fire exits and wheelchair ramps during your event.
