History

Adiong Memorial College Foundation Incorporated is a non- sectarian, co-ed, non-profit, non-
stock private institution run by the prominent Adiong Family under the leadership of Hon. Mamintal
Adiong Sr. of Wao, Lanao del Sur, Philippines. The school is located in J. Carumba St. Wao, Lanao del Sur.
Founded in 2000, the school grew with the community and it opened college courses like Education,
Liberal Arts, Business and Accountancy and Agriculture in June of 2002. Eventually, it offered high school
program in 2004, accommodating students from all over Wao and its neighboring towns.

Due to constraints in college enrollees, the institution decided to halt its tertiary program in
2013 and sought to strengthen the High School Department which then became the flag bearer up until
today. In 2010, the school was granted the permanent government recognition by the Department of
Education for the High School. AMCFI opened its pioneering batch of Senior High School in 2016 offering
GAS and TVL programs.

It does so with a renewed commitment to its philosophy, mission, vision, goals and objectives of
forming and educating the youth of Wao
