Hungarian Taster – (Magyaros ízelítő)

This dish has no standard recipe. What


delicacies it contains varies by region, by
restaurant. Typically, a few slices of fried
goose liver, a small amount of pork
cracklings along with a mound of körözött,
cold sausages and slices of roast with
sausage, next to some brawn, Hungarian
meat salad, fresh tomato and yellow
pepper are served with fresh, soft bread.
