Students’ Performance is directly connected with the social and economic development of
the country. The student and faculty performance and academic achievement helps in producing
quality graduates who will become a great manpower for the country and will play an important
role on social and economic development. (N. Ali, S. Ali, Jusoff et.al, 2009)
Students’ and faculty performance at the level of tertiary has the strong impact on other levels of
education. Student and faculty’s academic performance measurement has received considerable
attention in some research, it is a challenging aspect of academic literature, student and faculty
performance are affected due to social, psychological, economic, environmental and personal
factors. Assessing the research attitude besides academic achievements among faculty members
were likely to predict indicators for successful teachers and researchers for improving the quality
of higher education.
