Theoretical Framework

The study is anchored on the improvement research entitled “The

Perceived Effectiveness of CCTV Camera System in Relation to the
Organizational Performance of City Security Force, Manila City Hall” by Abrenica
(2013). According to the study, improving such as the designs can be more
helpful, especially in the City of Manila wherein there are crimes that actually
been done in the places that are CCTV surveillance. Moreover, the study is
concern in the legitimate and must be addressed by a careful design and
implementation of CCTV surveillance systems, these have become an important
crime prevention and security measures, and continuous technical advances,
leading to an improved system and reduced costs, they are bound to improved
system performance and lead to more system that being deployed. This belief is
affiliated with the Rational Choice Theory, wherein the potential offender makes a
purposeful law breaking. In this matter the researchers is encourage to undergo
this study, and we come up with the research entitled “The Effectiveness of
CCTV in Concepcion, Malabon City: Basis for Improvement Plan”.The
researchers desire to know how the CCTV’s that being installed in every street
are helpful into the community.
