An aquarium is a vivarium with at least one transparent side used to keep and
display aquatic plants or animals. The aquariums come in varied volumes, ranging
from as small as a glass bowl to a large public aquarium that holds an entire
ecosystem. Here are some of the biggest aquariums in the world.
The Chimelong Ocean Kingdom
The Chimelong Ocean Kingdom boasts of a water volume of 12.9 million gallons. It is
not only the largest aquarium in Asia but also in the world. The Aquarium offers
seven different aquatic-themed areas, with each of the areas symbolizing the
different parts of the ocean. The Chimelong Ocean Kingdom also has the largest
underwater dome, aquarium tank, and the largest window in the world.
