6. As per order dt. 24.05.2019 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur in W.P. No. 3697
of 2019, we make it clear that the students seeking admission in the said institution shall be subject
to the result of this petition.
7. As per order dt. 14.05.2019 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur in W.P. No. 3639
of 2019, we make it clear that students, who are admitted on merits beyond intake capacity of 30 that
their admission in the said institution shall be subject to the result of this petition.
8. As per order dt. 20.06.2019 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay in W.P.(st) No. 15058 of 2019, we
make it clear that the students seeking admission in the said institution shall be subject to the final
disposal of the present Writ Petition.
9. As per order dt. 17.06.2019 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay in W.P.No. 6781 of 2019,
Petitioner's institute name is being included in admission for the A.Y. 2019-20.
10. As per order dt. 27.06.2019 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay, Bench at Nagpur in W.P. No. 4300
of 2019, we make it clear that students, who are admitted on merits beyond intake capacity of 45 that
their admission in the said institution shall be subject to the result of this petition.
11. *As per ad-interim order dt. 30.06.2015 and order dt. 01.08.2016 passed by Hon. High Court of
Bombay, Bench at Nagpur in W.P. No. 3635/2015, We make it clear that the petitioners shall clearly
state that the admission of students above 60 for first shift Diploma in Pharmacy would be subject to
the outcome of the petition and students would not be entitled to claim equity in view of the grant of
admission in terms of the ad interim order
12. *As per order dt. 08.03.2018 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Writ
PetitionNo. 1840 of 2018, we make it clear that this order shall be subject to outcome of the decision
of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Orissa Technical Colleges Association Vs. AICTE and
another in SL to Appeal (Civil) No. 7277/2014.
13. This office issued letter to institute regarding not to be take above 60 intake for CAP. Also not have
any court order regarding above 60 intake.
14. *As per ad-interim order dt. 30.06.2015 and order 01.08.2016 passed by Hon. High Court of Bombay,
Bench at Nagpur in W.P. No. 3628/2015, we make it clear that the petitioners shall clearly state that
the admission of students above 60 for first shift Diploma in Pharmacy would be subject to the
outcome of the petition and students would not be entitled to claim equity in view of the grant of
admission in terms of the ad interim order

to Appeal (C) No. 26480-26483/2017, we make it clear that registration of the respondents will be
subject to the outcome of the SLP.
