DISTRIBUTION OF IMPORT AND EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

We hereby authorize Universal Cargo Services Pty Ltd to collect all documentation in respect to
goods imported and exported by ourselves, and request that Universal Cargo Services Pty Ltd
be immediately contacted upon the receival of any such documentation.
Please hand all documentation addressed to ourselves directly to:

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

In accordance with Section 181 of the Customs Act 1901 (as amended), we hereby authorize
Universal Cargo Services Pty Ltd and or its agents, to act as our Customs Broker for the purpose
of the Customs Act.

We further authorize, Universal Cargo Services Pty Ltd to lodge all relevant Customs and Goods
and Services Tax declarations on our behalf.

In consideration of Universal Cargo Services Pty Ltd acting as our Customs Brokers, we hereby
indemnify and agree to indemnify them against any claim or demands made against them
arising from any Customs or Goods and Services Tax declarations that they make on our behalf.

This authority supersedes all previous authorities and is effective as of the signed date.
